I waited so long for a Dunkins in Elizabethton and the do not disappoint.. Every morning I go through drive thru they are friendly, My coffee is always made right and always taste the same..Keep up the good job morning shift.
We went for donuts and ended up with sandwiches and muffins too. Very good location and building was very clean. Staff was great and knowledgeable. The only problem was the time it took to get our order but it was very busy. Just allow extra time. The food is definitely worth the wait. I never thought of getting a breakfast sandwich at Dunkin but now that will change. The sandwiches are a must try!

My daughter was working there when I happened to pop in. I asked the person serving me if she was there and he replied that he's not allowed to confirm or deny people's schedules or presence. Great answer! That guy didn't know I was her mom, I could have had malicious intentions, and he was smart to respond that way. I am weirdly proud of him, hahaAny other staff I've interacted with has also been helpful and friendly.
