“I love this quick convenient Starbucks location in my local grocery store. All of the Baristas are so friendly! I can't count how many times they've helped me choose a drink, yet they still meet me with a smile every time. They hired several new staff members almost a year ago and that seemed like a trying time, but boy do they have a great team now! They seem happy to be working together and in turn it makes me happy to stop in. Can't wait for my next Starbucks fix!“
“This is a very nice event space. On the second Tuesday of every month, the Art Alliance hosts Creative Souls, where you can go and meet local artists on music, dance, 2, and 3D works, authors, and refreshments. All events are free to the public. It's definitely a great place for events.“
“My daughter was working there when I happened to pop in. I asked the person serving me if she was there and he replied that he's not allowed to confirm or deny people's schedules or presence. Great answer! That guy didn't know I was her mom, I could have had malicious intentions, and he was smart to respond that way. I am weirdly proud of him, hahaAny other staff I've interacted with has also been helpful and friendly.“
“Not that my personal opinion matters all that much, but the food gets a 4 star because well its McDonalds. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was joyful and playful. I would highly recommend that any person with kids or without go there for a bite to eat.“

“Enjoyed my visit. I work close by and stopped in for a snack and coffee on lunch. Coffee was good (will ask for hotter next visit), but the scone (mocha almond I think) was really amazing. They warmed it for me.Would go back for that alone.“

“Great customer service, the baristas were very quick and polite. There's a wide range of drinks to choose from too. I'm only in TN for a few days but I'll definitely be coming back. Once again I cannot stress how good the customer service is, Shoutout to the green-haired barista that served me and my sister I would've tipped more but I'm broke“
“This Dunkin is by far much better than the newer one in Elizabethton. Much better customer service- very nice and welcoming unlike the other location. The drink I get every single day tasted so much better here, never realized just how bad the other location was! No sugar at the bottom and the drink was actually mixed! We will definitely make this our location of choice from this point on!! The difference is night and day!“
