Sometimes it takes longer for service because we locals pack the place. Yes, it can be noisy at times due to lots of people enjoying food and conversations. This is the best liver and onions place for me, goodly portion and delicious sides. The wait staff are outstanding, warm and friendly. A+++++++❤️”

“We finally came here last night for the first time and I'm kicking myself that it took so long! Everything was amazing and we can't wait to come back. We got the bruschetta, chicken parmesan, and spicy bowtie meatball pasta. The portions were huge with plenty to take home for leftovers (which heated up well!) l The bruschetta was amazing and packed with tomatoes and the bread was so soft and flavorful. My husband got the chicken parmesan and I tried a little piece - I'm not really a chicken fan but it was very good and the breading was phenomenal. The meatballs in my pasta are the best in town and I can't wait to try them on a sub - the seasoning is perfect! Spicy marinara can be hit or miss because sometimes it seems overly spicy for the sake of being hot, but Casa's is so good and the spice really adds to the flavor and packs a punch without being overpowering. I'm shocked to see that there are some poor reviews on this page - this is probably the best restaurant in town that we've tried in three years of living here and we will definitely be back!”

Received a lunch meat turkey sandwich not a real club sandwich and a few fries. It was on their special board. Then was charged $14.00 Oh my Lord. Will Never eat there again. How can they sleep at night charging that for a little sandwich and a few fries that was nasty anyway. You got me once but NEVER AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU.....”

Beginning with this store in particular, I want to call out Kaylee, Susan (who greeted me at the door with a welcoming smile) and Catlyn), one manager Guadalupe exuded the type of personality which probably uses the words “we will” and “let us” much more than “you will” … which is the sign of good judgment when selecting good stewards for this organizations many franchises. I think these people a definite net positive for Chick-fil-a!!!. Lead restaurant director Bill? I watched him personally interact in a positive way with clients seated at a table and seating….look for this at any other restaurant, fast food establishment, or name the business ?…a rarity.

“I do recommend this place, everyone has a bad dad and yesterday was one for us. We had a new waitress, very friendly. One order was chicken liver dinner, all good. My granddaughter meal, not great, she ordered bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, cheese w/side of tator tots. It came on a biscuit that was broken, just bacon and hard egg. They took it back, she didn't get it until we were all done with our meal, plus they gave her the same tator tots, they were cold. I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy with side order potatoes and onions. My potatoes were brought out but she said they were waiting for the biscuits to get done. When it was brought out there was just one biscuits, I looked on the check, did not mention 2, so I didn't say anything but later got to thinking I was charged $4 and I think that was for 2 biscuits. They took nothing off the bill. Not even sorry. I really felt bad for the granddaughter. I will go back but my granddaughter might not. She works at Cracker Barrel and she said that is not how you fix things.”

I previously has a small incident and when I talked to management they immediately took care of the situation with a smile. I've always gotten fresh hot food. I have always been a picky eater but the man working the tap-screen was really nice and polite and offered something I enjoyed although I can’t recall it, anyhow after I got my food I don’t think I saw that young gentleman not cleaning he always had a broom or a rag in his hand cleaning and now that I think about it I don’t think I’ve ever seen the inside cleaner. I don’t recall his name but I will always remember his long hair and skinny arms.”

Then to be greeted within moments of walking in with a warm smile with not one but a full staff to a clean environment and very customizable products. The Ice cream was at perfect temperature not too firm not too soft and there’s a wide range of soft servers and toppings to anyone’s delight. This is a definite must stop if you’re passing through!”

I'm a fan of KFC and I followed them from the old location to the new one. All the ladies work here are working so hard to make customers happy and I really appreciate that.
