“We finally came here last night for the first time and I'm kicking myself that it took so long! Everything was amazing and we can't wait to come back. We got the bruschetta, chicken parmesan, and spicy bowtie meatball pasta. The portions were huge with plenty to take home for leftovers (which heated up well!) l The bruschetta was amazing and packed with tomatoes and the bread was so soft and flavorful. My husband got the chicken parmesan and I tried a little piece - I'm not really a chicken fan but it was very good and the breading was phenomenal. The meatballs in my pasta are the best in town and I can't wait to try them on a sub - the seasoning is perfect! Spicy marinara can be hit or miss because sometimes it seems overly spicy for the sake of being hot, but Casa's is so good and the spice really adds to the flavor and packs a punch without being overpowering. I'm shocked to see that there are some poor reviews on this page - this is probably the best restaurant in town that we've tried in three years of living here and we will definitely be back!”

“The kids really like the donuts. I was very disappointed when I went to have my order picked up and there was no order. They forgot to make it and couldn’t find the order. I called ahead to have the donuts dipped and then sprinkles of the school colors since it was for one of our local schools that has worked so hard and is playing in a Regional Tournament which is quite an accomplishment. We wanted a little extra school spirit as a morning treat on the bus. I let the Bakery know the reason and also that I needed the order to please be ready since the bus was leaving very early in the morning. I know in the big picture of the world colored donuts are low on the list, but it would have been nice to be able to pick up what they promised. They were apologetic and gave a discount. In the future I think I would go in and not do the order over the phone.”

Once our server brought it out, the server stated that it looked and smelled so good that she was going to add it to their specials. Best pancakes I've ever had. Received a lunch meat turkey sandwich not a real club sandwich and a few fries. It was on their special board. Then was charged $14.00 Oh my Lord. Will Never eat there again. How can they sleep at night charging that for a little sandwich and a few fries that was nasty anyway. You got me once but NEVER AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU.....”

The desserts are the absolute tastiest in town. The Phat Cat Cafe' is truly the place you want to be when you are hungry. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's clean, comfortable, and you feel like you are in a 5* restaurant. The best service, you can ask for. We eat there when we are in town. For hidden gems, this is Greeneville's finest.”

I got a Berry Blast tea, he got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake (all totally dairy-free) and we're in love with them. Apparently these shakes and teas can have the nutrition to replace a meal if you get it that way. Worth trying out!!”

The next day, I got the cheese wontons. Wasn't crazy about those little bit sweet?I'd like the crab wontons instead.But those are not offered. I did enjoy the fried dumplings. I hadn't tried this place in a long time because when I got a beef and broccoli, all the veggies were really very.Soft and I like a bite left to my veggies. With mongolian beef, it's just onions and don't have to worry about.Soft veggies. I will give him another shot.”

“Chick-fil-A in Greeneville is great! The staff is kind and the dining area is always clean. The only downside is that the drive-thru can get backed up and the parking lot feels a little tight during busy hours. Still, the food is consistently good, and I’d definitely recommend it!”

“My wife and I started exploring backroads from Virginia, passing through Baileyton and found this quaint little place by luck. The 3 ladies were super kind, the food was hot and delicious! The "Cuz's-Rounds were so good, we got another oder. These are the little off the road places that we appreciate, and come back too. Thanks for the memory!!”

“I did go on a very busy day of the year on Veteran's Day and unfortunately I did have an issue with my food after receiving it but they quickly corrected it and the service was asked to be expected for how busy they were. I would definitely recommend friends and family to visit our local Applebee's just keep in mind that was multiple televisions with different games going on them it can be and does get quite loud. We have went to Applebee's for celebrations for birthday parties etc and most of the time I've had a good experience I say also usually keep a decent crew. Things were clean as far as using the restroom and the bar area I will seated and I also was able to strike up a conversation with my direct neighbors. This is a good restaurant to visit in our town and I would definitely recommend it to anybody traveling et cetera”

“I do recommend this place, everyone has a bad dad and yesterday was one for us. We had a new waitress, very friendly. One order was chicken liver dinner, all good. My granddaughter meal, not great, she ordered bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, cheese w/side of tator tots. It came on a biscuit that was broken, just bacon and hard egg. They took it back, she didn't get it until we were all done with our meal, plus they gave her the same tator tots, they were cold. I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy with side order potatoes and onions. My potatoes were brought out but she said they were waiting for the biscuits to get done. When it was brought out there was just one biscuits, I looked on the check, did not mention 2, so I didn't say anything but later got to thinking I was charged $4 and I think that was for 2 biscuits. They took nothing off the bill. Not even sorry. I really felt bad for the granddaughter. I will go back but my granddaughter might not. She works at Cracker Barrel and she said that is not how you fix things.”

“Kids work here. I don't like the location because I always pull into Aspen Dental but that's on me.. the food the food is McDonald's so you know what to expect and I never had a problem with service it's just kids. I don't go to this location very often but my experiences have been fine.”

I then told her we drove all the way from Asheville, NC, which she was delighted to hear. Avery, who cashed me out was too darn cute and had a sweet welcoming friendly demeanor. GREAT Experience!!! I'm a fan of KFC and I followed them from the old location to the new one. All the ladies work here are working so hard to make customers happy and I really appreciate that.
