Went with a friend today. Been a while since I’d been and thought I’d give it a second try.I got the AM burger with fried okra and sweet tea. I liked the tea. Not too sweet. And the okra and burger were pretty ok but the patty and the okra seemed like they might have been frozen and not fresh. Southern comfort food at its finest! First of all, the food is WONDERFUL!!! The service impeccable and our server, Eddie, made us feel like we were at a friend’s place trying their killer food. He brought a sample of their beer Mac n cheese. It was outstanding. We’ve never had better at a restaurant and never heard of using beer cheese. Fresh battered okra and collards were perfection.
