My husband was here on business and I came along. Went down for breakfast a little after 9AM. Most tables had not been bussed from previous dinners. I found one clean table with no silverware or cups. It is seat yourself. I waited and did not see any staff for ten minutes. Finally Juliet acknowledged me. But still no service.
