We were there 3/30/24, no wait as I called before hand expecting a long wait. But didn't matter as it was a birthday dinner. We got seated right away, but got our time with "petting" a lobster for our 3yr old. Rachel was our waitress and she went above and beyond expectation!! As we live an hour away we don't ever get seafood. We both got the ultimate feast with a extra side, and brought home many leftovers!! Also for the cooks on such amazing and delicious food!! On special occasions they r very slow I think that I am done with red lobsters because we had to wait 45 minutes before we were seated in the restaurant was not packed at all I feel like I just wasted $45 for a meal my potato was cold the shrimp was cold the crab legs were cold it just was not worth the money this time I feel like they are going downhill

Alma was such an AMAZING server and a wonderful person!! A real gem to have at my table tonight!! A/C is down so hopefully they get that fixed before it really starts warming up!!! Had my shrimpies and left a full and content customer!!
