The woman who greeted us and took our order was absolutely delightful! She has the perfect personality for being the "greeter," the first person we see and hear when we enter the store. You should feature her on a Panera commercial!
The music is loud and comes on at odd times of the day. It's not pleasant and makes it difficult to enjoy the cafe. The menu is reduced, less options at this location. The floors are always dirty and sticky. Has been that way for months. The lattes have been too frothy, but light on flavor. I placed a rather large togo order for delivery. Unfortunately they missed most of our cookies and there were no plates for the salads. I called as soon as I saw, and the manager on duty, Mike, made it right. He hand delivered the plates, missing cookies, plus more! Thank you MIke for going above and beyond. We all know that things will be missed from time to time, and it is how a company fixes that. Mike is the prime example of the right way to do that!
