I’m chalking this review up to having popped my BBQ cherry in E North Carolina…so it’s a personal taste. Their bulk pork was ok, not chopped up and ready for sandwiches - if I bite into sandwich and pull 85% of meat out, not happy. So execution, not good…again personal preference.But the taste is what was surprising - not much. Cooked through, tender and some smoke, but need a bit more. They did have some sauces to help with that. That were ok.
Good barbecue in Lebanon TN. Probably not worth a long drive from 45 minutes away, but a nice little location for a great pork pulled meat sandwich and the sides they offer. I am generally a potato salad or baked beans guy and I would recommend either of these here, too. You won't go wrong. Just not a lot of ambiance inside, generally a pick up & take away to your home or business to partake of the eats. Just goooooo!
