“Oh Angie's Kitchen! I have craved a home cookin, sauce slingin', gravy makin', casserole fixin', stew stewin' offerin' place. This is located in the Gilmore Girl 'esque downtown of Loudon, TN. Just a hop, skip and joyful jump down the road from Lenoir City where I live. Plentiful parking and easy to get to (prime location, honestly). You walk in and it's like positive, sunshine-y energy permeates the whole cafe. Bright, beautiful and happy yellow adorn the walls, everyone saying hello to you (whether you are local or not) and Angie is always excited to see you walk through the door. My family have been several times and we have had the Hungry Man platter, Loaded Omelette (+beloved jalepeños), Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich, the Catfish special, Loaded Tater Tots (seriously, the cheese sauce is a whole other food group. I wanted it on everything now) and Pork Chop dinner. Recommend it all. Plentiful portions and seasoned perfectly. Everything was just delightful so incredibly delicious. We absolutely love this place. We have been three times with three different servers at three very different times of the week, and every time the same care and attention to our meal is top notch. It's such a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE at the quality of food and service than you get any of the chain restaurants. To me it's two different worlds entirely. Angie's is my new go-to place and I look forward to supporting them as much as we can in the future moving forward. Get out to Angie's, let's show our support for this lovely cafe and keep them around for a long time. Let's GOOOOOOOOOO!!!! 🤩”

“I forgot to praise the peach milkshakes. OUTSTANDING. Try it and see. If you like peaches you definitely won't be disappointed”
“We spent the night through Harvest Host on our way to Flagler Beach, Florida, Treasures By The Sea RV Camping.
Location was easy to get to. Beautiful view of the mountains and we spent the evening watching the horses out in the field, while we sat on the deck playing cards and drinking great wine! Purchased three bottles to enjoy later. The young man that greeted us was very pleasant and friendly. Looking forward to a revisit.”

“We came in because of the Halloween festival going on downtown. Atmosphere inside was a little more dull/boring than we expected from a brewery. TV in the dining room is turned off , there wasn’t any music playing or anything, and the young man who seated us didn’t seem too excited to be there. Our actual server and the food were amazing and overall the experience was good. We will be back to give it another try. If you come before 4:00 pm the lunch menu has a few extra really well priced items. I recommend the hot pretzel and the cold cut, although everything we had was really tasty.”

“Better than pretty much any big chain pizza you're going to get and they're not riding the inflation dragon. They understand times are tough and have kept their delicious product at a reasonable price.”

“12/19/25: Server Fenisha (sp) 5:45 pm. I have been by this location going to the post office so many times and just plain missed it. It next to but under the bridge level along the river bank. Across from the Fire Department. Very inviting look to it as you approach. We parked under the bridge curbside, and felt safe in the area. Walked maybe 100 feet. Entered technically from the back into the bar area. Very warm friendly folks, not loud, big vintage chairs at the table we sat at looking out the massive beautiful windows. The restrooms are through the other side of the dinning room which is not far away, lots of history on the way back to look at. The tables in the dinning room were so intimate and quaint, the gas fireplace was on and it was perfect. We will be back to sit in that room, we just didnt want to jump ship on our server that night. The menu which is on their sites is very inviting, and price pointed far better then most. The taste was on point and the helping sizes were fairly large. It was a much-needed night out to go hide from our lives for a couple hours. We enjoyed it and we will be back, probably together, and bringing friends on occasion. I love the history of the longest running family business in the town, and the town itself. Another Tennessee gem, I give it 4.5 stars only gripe I had was they were out of shrimp and the pineapple cake. LOL Thank you team, we will update this as we visit in the future.”

“Not your typical Mexican restaurant, and not a huge menu, but the food is amazing. This great hole in the wall has some very different dishes that you won’t find in the area. My personal favorite is the Aguachile, shown in the photo.”

“We’re from Knoxville and took a little ride to Loudon. WOW!!! That’s an understatement... I don’t know what it was called but it was sooooooo good.Soft, light & airy, sweet but not too sweet. On top of that it was so reasonable priced. My only disappointment is I didn’t buy 3 of everything!”

“Need to try the Jamaica hibiscus 🌺 tea and the el pastor chimichanga. The tea is a bit tarte and sweetened not overly sweet tho is a really good tasting drink. Would pair perfectly with some rum to turn it into a cocktail. El pastor Chimichanga is pork with a hint of pineapple 🍍 flavor great tasting and stuffed into a deep fried burrito with cheese sauce. Comes with the traditional sides. Best way to eat it is to take a bite of the chimichanga with some guacamole and sour cream salad the flavors is to die for.”
