Maryville's best places for Mexican cuisine are in our list.
“This place is hands down my favorite in Maryville. Since my now husband introduced me when we were dating, it’s a must have as soon as I get into the city. Im so glad they opened one closer to the house. I love the ACP. I usually do take out but there’s seating. And typically parking isn’t an issue but the inside can get crowded depending on the time of day.“
“I am from Texas, and no other restaurant reminds me of home like this one does. The food is hot, fresh, and has all the right flavors. If you like Mexican rice, this is the place for you. I love their chips and salsa, just enough spice to keep you wanting more and more. The servers are observant, clean, and boy are they quick. They have lunch portions and prices, and dinner ones too. Dinner for two people has never cost more than $40, but it will depend on what you order.Parking: Enter from the southbound side of the street for ease into the parking lot.“
“The place was great. We stopped for lunch on our way up to gatlinburg. They gave us bottomless complementary cheese dip. The food we ordered came out on time and it was very tasty. It also was inexpensive. The server was super great. The atmosphere for the restaurant was neat also. Would definitely eat here again.“
“Cold beer and one order of fajitas which was plenty for 2 people, what is not to love. Oh the smokers on the patio. ?Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian but have ordered veggies optionsKid-friendliness: Always families with children, alwaysWheelchair accessibility: Easy access“
“Friendly people. Great food. Minimal wait time. Went there for my wife's birthday at the recommendation of our son.Parking: Limited spots right in front, but spots available within reasonable walking distance. Worth the minor Inconvenience.“
“Best Mexican restaurant I have been to in Maryville. Will be a regular. Great steak fajitas, love the chips and salsa, service was excellent. Ignor the sign on the door saying something about long wait times, went right in, sat right down, served promptly.“
“We've been coming to Pancho's for a while now and I have to say the Birria Tacos are absolutely amazing! In fact, everything I've ordered has been great! And the personal kindness from Pancho himself always makes you feel like a part of the family.Quick note to folks that are ordering through a delivery service or doing takeout, it's Mexican food. There are sauces and cheeses involved so please be specific when you order and tell the staff to separate anything "wet" that goes with your order so it won't be soggy when it gets to your house. I'm sure the staff will be accommodating to your request and a less than satisfactory review can be avoided.“
“I have never had a bad time here. The food is freakn incredible, and the people are amazing, and i honestly believe they have the best margaritas hands down. I love everything about this place.Vegetarian options: My sister in law is vegan and never has a problem ordering something.Kid-friendliness: I've brought my 10 year old and my 5 year old, and they love this place.Parking: Its shared with a grocery store“
“I'll always love El Jimador, been going here for years and years and they have always served the best food and drinks. Love the atmosphere, LOVE the food (oh my god it's so damn good) I'd do anything for some of their food right at this moment ? Seriously, y'all rock!“
“It took me a while to get someone to go with me to try Chapuline's because it's attached to the Exxon gas station but I finally convinced a friend to join me - and it was a very pleasant and delicious surprise. The service was very friendly and they took the time to help us understand their menu. The prices are very reasonable (under $4 per taco) and the variety is wonderful from chicken, steak, seafood and beyond. They offer 5 varieties of Mexican beers (but sorry, no margaritas.) My friend very much enjoyed the vegetarian burrito and it was a size to match Chipotle's. They have a nice salsa bar so you can sample different flavors - or dip your tongue in a spicy salsa sauce and watch your friend's eyes start to cry. It's not much in the way of "atmosphere" being a smaller venue tucked next to the gas station but they do the best they can. Spanish channel on the TV, Spanish music and some light decorations. But the real charm is the good food at fair prices. Definitely will return to try some different tacos and the occasional burrito.Vegetarian options: Veggie Burrito is available.“
