Their service is great and it's open to the public and not just the students on campus.Parking: There are some Chick-fil-A parking close to the entrance but mainly people who doesn't go to school at Bethel University normally park there along with some students, but students can park anywhere since it's in the same building as the Cafeteria, the mailroom, the bookstore, etcWheelchair accessibility: We have ramps for people in wheelchairs right next to stairs on both sides.
If you like Chick-fil-a, you won't be disappointed here. Everything is pretty much as you would expect, except for 2 things: 1). It is located on the campus of Bethel University and 2). They will not honor the use of your Chick-fil-a re-fill cups!! Other than those 2 uncommon situations, we still eat the nice food there and will return in the future.

Always a treat visiting this chick fil a. You wouldn't think there would be one in McKenzie of all places. The food is always served hot and fresh. Facility is kept clean and tidy. Workers are friendly. The location is stuffed in a Bethel building, but that doesn't stop the place from being a hit with locals.
