This location is sliding downhill. I actually don't blame the workers who are there. I blame the LACK of workers. ONE guy on the grill. ONE woman seating, serving, and taking payments. TWO people running the show. She was doing all she could as a human, but she was swamped. The griller has 13 entrees on the grill, and no help. As I said, they're going as fast as they can, but it is what it is.
The bathroom was filthy. Took me too long to get a refill. My rice dish was burnt. I had to ask for a to-go container and sack. The dirty dish trolley was by the food. I'm not happy.

I'm sorry but this place is kind of a disgrace to asian food. I wanted something quick & easy so I ordered kimchi fried rice + potstickers online for pickup. Showed up almost 10 mins past pick up time & my potstickers weren't ready. Then she asks if I want my fried rice while I wait so I said yes.
