It almost seems like they are on a skeleton crew these days, but the few employees they have are VERY helpful, courteous, and efficient.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly...even has a couple of comfy booths that sport a coffee table/ sofa living room feel. But it ain't no playground... just sayin'.Parking: Really have more parking than they could possibly fill up at one time but even if they did there is a 200,000 square foot parking lot on the other side of the 3 foot median.Wheelchair accessibility: Super accessibility for wheelchair, etc.Dietary restrictions: I don't think this would be a very good place for anyone with any dietary restrictions... “FINALLY!! A Taco Bell that seems to care! An employee was standing outside and greeted us as soon as we got out of the car. We ordered our meals on the kiosk, but had to pay cash at the register. The 3 employees we personal encountered we all super sweet and friendly, The others in the kitchen we all smiles! Once we got our food, we checked the bag, as usual. It was missing one item, a beefy crunch burrito. We also ordered 2 cravings boxes with a couple of modifications, that was all there. The girl behind the counter corrected the mistake and was still so sweet about it. Our only complaint was that both of our 5 layer burritos tasted off and the texture was a little weird. My son ate his anyway, but I threw mine away after 3 bites, I just couldn't eat it because it was so off. That happens from time to time. I don't blame the location for that, and we will definitely drive the extra couple of miles to frequent this location!! :) To the employees of this Taco Bell, thank you for making our trip pleasurable!! We will be back!!“
“Let me just say give these people a raise asap. I have been a Taco Bell customer my entire life but this one right here tops them all. I was nicely greeted, food was amazing, a problem came up with the card scanner and instead of saying sorry and not doing anything they resolved the issue quick and got it rolling again. Everyone has this stigma around fast food and how it’s the bottom of the workforce but that is far from the case. When you have good people doing good work it makes all the difference. “This was surprisingly the best t-bell I have had in forever. They were super busy. Instead of being pulled over to the side to wait, they had me wait at the speaker. To keep orders in a certain time, they would clear the order and pull me over to wait. Not this store, nobody got their food before me and they were able to stay in time. Honestly the best. “I love Taco Bell, especially when I need something quick and easy since I work late. As long as I double-check at the speaker & again at the window, my order is generally correct and fresh. There have been a couple of times that the order was wrong, and they corrected it or even replaced it if I didn't notice until I got home. (ALWAYS, keep your receipt until you know everything is correct! If you want your stuff replaced, that is, and you've already left the establishment. ) The only problem I run into, more often than not, is not getting enough sauce. I can tell them at the speaker and when I get to the window, check in my bag and only see a few, remind them there are only 4 packs of sauce for a family of 5 and they'll tell me they are at the bottom, also no matter how many times I say mild sauce, I end up with hot or fire sauce. I now keep taco sauce on hand at home, just in case, lol!Vegetarian options: You can order anything without meat.Kid-friendliness: 2 words... Cheesy Roll-Ups! Wins at my house every time.“

“One of the best taco bells that are still left in Memphis. Food is always fresh and service is great. Depends on the area of town you go. I've been to some nice areas of town and there taco bells suck like the one on Union Ave. You go there and there always out of everything you want. You go to the bad areas of town and everything is bad food and service like the one at Frayser Blvd. So it's like you never know what your going to get and waste your money.“
