“Chuck E. Cheese is a lifesaver for parents in the South when the heat index hits triple digits. My daughters love running wild here during those brutal summer months. We usually grab the timed play option since my girls couldn’t care less about tickets or plastic trinkets. That way they play nonstop without stressing over ratios or jackpots.

Surprisingly, the food isn’t half bad. The pizza has real flavor, and while it’s no gourmet pie, it beats most chain spots. The only heartbreak? No Surge. Growing up, that neon rocket fuel was half the magic, and I miss it every visit.

Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but watching my girls light up while they play makes it worth every dime. A place that still lets kids be kids, and parents catch a breather in the A/C, deserves credit.”

“My husband and I went to purchase a boneless pre-sliced ham for Thanksgiving which was pretty good. We paid around $56 for it. While there, I also tried their Turkey Pot Pie, but it wasn't that good to me. It was very bland and lacked flavor. However, I would go back to purchase another ham.”

“We went today and Kayla was our server. She exemplifies what good Customer Service is. She was amazing in every way and we didn’t have to wait on a thing. We didn’t have to ask for refills. She was on top of service to the fullest with a smile on her face and delightful attitude. Food was amazing as always., melt in your mouth pizza. Garlic knots are perfection. Good large salad portions. This is the second time I’ve been but the first time I’ve taken my husband and he is absolutely in love with this place. The atmosphere is very romantic and private. The burritos were huge and they did not skimp on anything. The horchata was delicious and very well balanced. It was cold but not watered down like a lot of other places. They have a little cold bar with various toppings salsas, fresh made hot sauces, radishes, lime, jalapeños, cucumbers, and you get warmed chips too. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu.”

“We are here tonight as one of the things on my list I have to eat at one more time before we move to another state next week. I will start by saying I am a huge fan and have have been since he only had one shop. When I drive Uber and riders ask where to go for BBQ I always sent freer to Martin’s and to try redneck tacos with brisket. I never tell people to go to places that I don’t eat at myself. I was reading thru the reviews and this one I felt the need to respond to. Great food but feel they should give you more 🤷🏻‍♂️ I always like this particular type of comment. No intended disrespect to this customer. Having worked in the restaurant industry for more than 30 years, the restaurants are there to make some profits as well. The cost of giving people a “living wage” and the cost of the covid-related supply chain issues have given owners two options, raise prices and wages or be forced out of business. A well run restaurant always tried for about 30-35% food cost and about. 25% cost of labor. That left in the neighborhood of 40% to pay everything else like rent, utilities, insurance and all the other monthly bills plus all the taxes that continually rise. If you own a building with a business in it the taxes went up tremendously after everything had been shut down by covid. At the grocery store the prices of most meats have almost doubled, other prices people think have stayed the same, the packages have shrunk. We ate at this particular restaurant the commenter was rating. I ordered what was supposed to be a meal for one person with two sides. I at about 2/3 of it and had to give up. My wife couldn’t finish her regular plate with two sides. Was the price high, yes, but the food was great.”

“We were unaware this restaurant had changed names from Los Compadres. We stopped by for lunch. The lunch menu was extensive and reasonably priced. Food was delicious. Portions were huge. With four drinks and lunch, we spent about $45, plus a large container of leftovers. The server was very attentive . We usually spend much more for way less at other restaurants. All in all, a great lunch. We’ll go there again. 😋”

“We're new to Mount Juliet, so if this is super well-known, bare with me. But we just ate probably the best barbecue I've ever had. Whitt's BBQ is amazing! Hands down. The pulled pork plate with Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce, the brown sugar baked beans, the potato salad, and the even the cornbread has a unique and amazing taste and texture..all absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back already!”

“When my fiancée and I moved here last summer, this was the very first place we went to after moving in. Since then this has become our go to night out location. Great vibes from everyone, great place to catch some Karaoke on a Friday night, and root on the Titans on Sunday afternoon. You are more than just a customer to them, you are family. And it is shown by the owner who will personally walk around and speak with every person that is at the restaurant! I would recommend this place for everyone who lives in Mt. Juliet and surrounding areas!”

“This place is ? As good or better than the best Mexican food spots we’ve eaten at, even in California. Would highly recommend giving them a try. The carne asada has excellent flavor. You can call and place an order for pickup and your food is done quickly. The prices are not bad considering the price of eating out anywhere has increased pretty dramatically.”

“Went and checked out this location with wife a few weeks ago. Decent location, clean store, but everything else left a lot to be desired. Bartender was fantastic but most of the menu was missing. Online menu was completely inaccurate and the kitchen was 86ed on all beef items as well as seafood, so we settled for an average charcuterie board and some chicken tenders. I am disappointed because I had such high hopes for this place.”

“Until the past year, I passed by Firehouse Subs. Had been a Subway fan so just didn’t venture. Tried my first Firehouse Sub and it was amazing. Since then, I’m a happy patron. The management is sharp and friendly, the food is great. So much more than a sandwich. Besides the pleasant experience and delicious food, Firehouse does so much to help our first responders and those who serve to keep us safe. It’s just a good idea all the way around. “When it comes to pizza chains, this MJ Little Caesars is tops in my book. Not that I don’t love others, but when it comes to quality and value, I end up at LC 95% of the time. Their stuffed crust was better than and less expensive than that of Papa Johns. Detroit Style? Sure Jet’s is delicious too, but this is half the price. The stuffed crazy bread…. To die for and tonight we ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni, it is heavenly. The pepperoni is crispy perfection, the crust is the perfect thickness and nice and crispy on the bottom and edges. Highly recommended. Keep up the good quality and pricing Little Caesars MJ!”

“I'm a regular , about once every 2 weeks for the lunch buffet. My only request is to diversify the menu a little. Bigger selection for sushi, and add mongolian beef or pork and coconut shrimp to the buffet. Just needs some new selections. Thank you.”

“My husband and I come to this Red Robin aboit once every 6 weeks. We have always been very pleased with the quality, quantity, and timeliness of the good. We've generally had good service, as well.

This past visit, the front host who seated us was very blazé and disengaged. Our server was only slightly more friendly. She seemed unenthusiastic and almost like she didn't want to be there, even though it was only 30 minutes after opening.

My husband and ordered the Blue Ribbon Burger, as always. And requested an additional side of Blue cheese crumbles. When his sandwich arrived, it looked and tasted like it had been hastily put together, instead of being carefully assembled, as usual to maximize the flavors. And the amount of fries initially served with our meal was sad. Maybe 8-10 fries each.
Our waitress walked past our empty fries several times before asking if we wanted a refill.

When we got the bill, my husband noticed he had been charged $2 for the additional blue cheese crumbles. Not that big of a deal, but we were not advised of the up charge when we requested it AND we've never been charged more for it before. My husband has been requesting it for at least 6 months and has never been charged.

We are hoping this was just a one off fluke!”
