“Service was swift and accurate for Pal's Sudden Service. Food was good. Line was long, but moved fast. Even with an estimated 30 cars between the other window and myself, my total wait time from entering que to receiving food was about 11 minutes.“

“I have been traveling from NC to be with my sick mother and I needed to pick up for my family and this place has been so very kind to me. A couple of times I have called an hour before I am to arrive in town and they always have my food ready fresh and hot. I appreciate the wonderful guy & girl that work the day shift. The food is so yummy! Today I had time to stop in and eat a delicious banana split and WOW!! I just love a old school diner where you can set at the counter. I highly recommend the cheeseburger and fries just so good ! Thank you to your wonderful team !!“

“Ok Im going to start by saying it what is bugging me.....Where is the signage for the "Thought of the day"? That needs to go up b/c that is a part of Pal's and if you start taking things out where does it stop. Now Pals has good food no matter which Pals you go to but this Pals has an issue and it seems to come from young staff. I eat at this one alot and they seem more worried about talking about school then talking with customers and getting orders right. Now I am all about having a good atmosphere at work but you have to balance good food and good atmosphere. Now we can also talk about that awful turn at the top of the hill but that poor driveway has had enough work done Ill leave that alone lol!!“

“This is an italian fast food place. The food has potential, good service. They've got good ingredients in the food but all the food is way over salted which makes it almost unpalatable. “Whoever made this pizza missed putting sauce and cheese on many areas. I opened the box and was stunned. I haven’t ordered from here in a while and am wondering what happened cause I’ve always got a great pizza from them. Pizza creator person please do better! Cover the whole pie in sauce, cheese and topping… how can you let this pie go out the drive thru window looking like this. It labels you as uncaring and neglectful. “When it comes to food establishments, I'll tell you what I like. Kind, generous, fun loving individuals. I walked in dressed like the King today. I was massively overheating from walking all the way from Allendale Falls. Of course the staff immediately indulges in the fact I'm dressed like a King... in a Burger King... In Kingsport. So I go to get me a cup of water, and realizing how overheated I must be, they gave me a free medium sized cup on the house. Now that is good customer service. I never asked for a freebie, but they gave me one. I greatly appreciated it. And now, here's my way of expressing my gratitude.“

The Gibson Mill Subway which is near the hospital and the urgent care and the North roan Street location which is where T-Mobile and Easy money is and the fort Henry Walmart Subway location that used to be there but now is permanently closed I'm been to the one on north eastman Rd which is where the food City is on 1205 North Eastman road My aunt has been to the North Charles location. “This Hardee’s is one of the best around! Their breakfast is consistently good and reminds me of the way Hardee’s was when I was a child. So many of them have gone downhill but this location seems to have it together. The line, although long in the mornings, moves quickly and the people are friendly. “Wonderful customer service and team work!!I had placed a mobile order through the app to this location by mistake, so I called them and explained what happened and asked if I could cancel the order since I don’t have a “cancel” option on my order confirmation screen.The assistant manager said they could not cancel the order, but she may be able coordinate with another store transfer my order to the Johnson City location I intended to pickup from. She was very friendly to speak with and seemed like she genuinely cared.I was able to pick up my order from the JC location with no problem. As soon as I got there, they knew the ordeal, had my food ready, and thanked me for stopping by. Wow!“
“Good food, and prices. However they do not take cards, they do not have prices on their menu, and the place could use some work. Seating is cramped, and lacking but understandable considering the size of the building. Employees are nice, and helpful.“
