“This is a walk up, takeout restaurant that's been a fixture in Rogersville for a long time. It is family run. They are courteous and efficient. Get a "small" soft serve cone for a buck fifty to eat while waiting for your freshly prepared burger, chicken or fish sandwich. The prices are very reasonable and food quality is better than Pals or McDonald's.Parking: Easier off and on SR 66 than other food options in the area.“
“Sub was delicious.Experience wasn't the greatest.Although I ordered online and left a 20% tip, they were not friendly. It probably wasn't before by the fact that when I got there they were just beginning to build my sandwiches. So, at every step of the way, I had to ask them to follow my requests on the app.Could I have extra olives please?I asked for that extra toasted. And each time, they seemed annoyed.I was polite, friendly, and true to engage nicely. In the end, I got my sandwiches the way I wanted them. And they were delicious! The experience, however, was not.“
“Great place to do business always kind and courteous and service dog friendly unlike Little Caesars of Rogersville Tennessee. Anytime anyone asks me where to go for pizza in town I send them to Pizza Hut because they do not discriminate against individuals with a medically necessary need for a service dog like Little Caesars does and has a long history of as. I only spend my money where I'm going to be treated like a person!“
“The only reason I'm rating it 4 stars is because when they gave me my order I had an item missing and had to tell them. Then I get out to the car and realized there was another item missing so I had to go back in and have them fix it. Besides that they were extra nice and apologetic about messing it up.“
“Never a bad experience! Food is always fast and delicious. Very rarely do I get an order that is missing something. When I have, they have always given me what I was missing free of charge and even given me an extra item which I appreciate! It's a privilege to me living in a location where Pal's is at. You can’t beat a big Pal burger with fries & a sweet tea!“
