“Penne Pazze has become one of my favorite spots. We found it on a seed oil free app and decided to try it out. We come at least once a week now. All the dishes have lots of flavor. The Honey Pepperoni Pinsa is my go-to for a quick bite. I haven't met everyone but I can say Riccardo, Luke, Adalyn and Maddie have made my experience at Penne Pazze top tier every time. It's easy to order with the QR code at the table and I am never left waiting for my tab because I can close it out at my convenience. My favorite place to sit is at the bar. It's a front row seat to all the action going on in the kitchen. It is a casual and fun atmosphere with delicious food. I’m so glad we found it.”

“From the moment we walked into Olive Garden in Murfreesboro this Good Friday, we knew the evening was going to be special, but we had no idea just how memorable it would become. What started as a simple family dinner quickly turned into an experience we’ll be talking about for a long time, and that is largely because of our incredible server, Shawna.

Shawna didn’t just serve our table, she genuinely cared for us. Her kindness felt natural and sincere, not rushed or routine, even in the middle of what was clearly a very busy evening. She took the time to walk us through the menu with thoughtful suggestions, helping us confidently choose dishes that ended up being absolutely perfect for our family. It wasn’t just about taking an order, it felt like she was helping us create a great experience.

What truly stood out was her attentiveness. Shawna seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them ourselves. Drinks were refreshed right on time, extra items appeared just when we needed them, and everything flowed so smoothly that we were able to fully relax and enjoy each other’s company. That kind of service is rare, especially on a night as busy as Good Friday.

And then came dessert, her recommendations were nothing short of incredible. Each one was better than the last, and it turned what could have been the end of a meal into one of the most enjoyable highlights of the night. We found ourselves lingering longer, savoring every bite and every moment.

Beyond Shawna, the entire team contributed to such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hostess staff greeted us with genuine friendliness that set the tone right away, and the manager and team worked together so seamlessly that it was honestly impressive to watch. Even from our table, you could feel the strong sense of teamwork and pride in what they do. The kitchen absolutely delivered as well, every dish was prepared beautifully and tasted fantastic.

Most importantly, this dinner was a birthday celebration for our family, and thanks to Shawna and the entire Olive Garden team, it became so much more than just a meal. It felt meaningful, joyful, and truly special, exactly the kind of experience you hope for but don’t always find.

We left feeling grateful, taken care of, and already hoping that the next time we visit, we’ll be lucky enough to have Shawna as our server again. Experiences like this are what keep people coming back, and we will absolutely be back.

“We had a reservation confirmed by email for 6:30 for nine people, but when we arrived we were told there was no reservation. After some confusion, tables were pushed together, which made seating very crowded. It was my wife's birthday, and unfortunately her salmon was undercooked and had to be remade. I appreciate that your staff did try to accommodate us and remake the meal, but the experience was disappointing given the occasion.”

Waitress was from Rutherford store filling in also and she was sweet. I struck up a convo with them and they about shat when I told them I was 46, they said I looked 32 so that made my day! Good young youth working and serving locally. Support our local businesses please if you can!!”

“We lived near Love’s Pizza ever since it came to Murfreesboro but never tried it—BIG MISTAKE. We moved and ended up staying in a hotel in Murfreesboro on Christmas. One of the only restaurants open was Love’s, so we ordered pizza. The people working were so nice, and the pizza was amazing. We couldn’t believe how fresh the toppings were and how great it tasted! “Swung by Whataburger this morning to get some last minute grub before this massive snow/ice storm starts lol. Today is 1/24, Saturday morning at 5am. Anyways, placed my mobile order through the app for pickup in the drive-thru. A very nice man named Thomas came to the window and handed me my drinks. And told me that he just started everything fresh for my order, and asked me to pull up. I told him no worries, to take his time! He came out shortly later with my rather large order of food and thanked me for my patience and kindness. And I thanked him right back! Got home and checked my food, and everything was made to perfection. Everything was correct, fresh, and tasted amazing! All the sandwiches were labeled with stickers to let me know which sandwich was what. (Something they don't normally do when I go, even though they are supposed to.) Everything was wrapped up excellent. Ketchup and napkins in the bag. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews... but I was very pleased with my stop this morning, and ESPECIALLY wanted to give a shout-out to Thomas for being so nice and being great at his job! I could not top her bc they do not take tips but this review I pray gives her notoriety for her exceptional customer service as well as a bonus or a raise.
