I ordered delivery for a stay at home date with my partner, but there was a mistake in the order fulfillment and a few parts were omitted. I decided to drive there after all to try and get it fixed. The staff were extremely quick to meet my needs, especially Nathan, who was very considerate and a great representative of whatDQ's customer service ideal should be! Food was great, would absolutely order again. (Thanks again, Nathan!)
I haven't been to DQ in a while. I stopped in for a quick bite and was a little disappointed. The service was quick, folks were friendly but sadly, my burger was thrown together and the cheese wasn't even melted on my cheeseburger.
