We were in Memphis last week and I wanted to come to Central. If you don't mind spending alot of money for food then I recommend it. The ribs were good but the brisket was tough, i didn't like that you had to order and then sit down and the food is brought out to you. You have to get your own drinks from the dispenser and then expected to tip. I tasted my grandson's greens which had too much vinegar. I really appreciate the employees for being so kind and patient. They were nice enough to help me due to it being my first time here. The food was so good and I can’t wait to bring my family and friends here.

I worked with Linda B to cater an office meeting for many out of town folks. She provided me with all the information and helpful suggestions to make the event a huge success. Lorenzo delivered the order and helped get it to the venue and everything was seamless. Highly recommend Central BBQ to cater any event you may have!
