The SupperClub on Belcourt offers a mixed dining experience. While the cocktails, including the French lemon drop and the recommended old fashioned, lemon drop, and pineapple juice with tequila, are praised as very tasty, the food quality is more uneven. The fried lobster appetizer and soul roll are enjoyed, but the powdered eggs, brown sugar bacon, thick and hard pancakes, oily and cold breakfast potatoes, and catfish with an unpleasant "lake" taste receive negative reviews. The greens and mac and cheese, however, are described as done right. The ambiance and music are deemed wonderful, and the servers are noted for being nice, patient, and accommodating, making it a great option for date night.
