They have a bright eating area and have photos of their dishes to familiarize guests. Stop by the market after for authentic ingredients and treats. Only downside is i wish they had more options for non meat eaters. The pho is made with beef broth and the egg rolls have chicken. The tofu options are good tho, tofu laad is my favorite.“

My husband really liked the chicken sandwich over the Philly, so it's really just a matter of preference. The yams are great! Not too sweet and are spiced just right. “I work near by and came for lunch. It has a great atmosphere and the people were very nice. Everything was really fresh. And the restaurant was noticeably clean. I got the Spicy BBQ Mix Grill plate with tabouleh. Best tabouleh I’ve had. The portion size was huge and I enjoyed everything. This will be my go to spot for lunch moving forward. “How refreshing to find an Indian buffet again that is actually delicious. House of India may very well now be the beat Indian Reataurant in the Nashville area. Friendly staff, appropriately flavorful and spicy dishes (even on the buffet). So many buffets I've been to in recent years are overly sweet and bland. Not this place. If you used to go to Bombay Palace more than a decade ago, this is like that. Same owners in fact. So good.“

“The interior of the restaurant was the nicest Vietnamese restaurant in a strip mall we’ve ever been to (the only nicer ones are standalone higher end establishments). There has been a lot of attention paid to décor and it shows. Overall, we found the flavor and quality of the food to be very good, but falling short of excellent in some key places. The quantity for the price felt like it was not a good value. (For two adults and a child, we ordered two combination pho and a shaken beef. This wasn’t enough food so we added a Vietnamese Beef Stew.) For both Combination Pho and Shaken Beef, we've had better elsewhere at those prices but the Beef Stew was a clear winner for us.Combination Pho - $19.95Extremely flavorful broth, but small quantity of rice noodles and relatively sparse meats for the $20 price point. Tendon was undercooked and crunchy.Shaken Beef - $21.95Flavor was good, but the some of the beef was chewy and none of it was super tender (as some preparations of shaking beef can be). Rice wasn't as moist as we'd like it.Vietnamese Beef Stew - $13.95Very flavorful beef stew with a decent quantity of beef (especially when comparing it to the pho). Toasted "baguette" was actually quite good. The shape is more like a mini batard rather than a baguette. The exterior was crisp and crackly while the interior was soft and fluffy. Very good.I don’t know if it’s just this location or Nashville in general, but we were surprised by the relatively small quantities given the cost of the dishes. Flavor was good but not the best execution of these dishes we’ve had either.“

It is a fried pastry filled with some sort of starch vegetable like chickpea or potato. It had yogurt and sweet and spicy Tamarind sauce. It was excellent. Then we ordered our favorite butter chicken. It’s mild curried boneless chicken in a flavorful butter curried sauce. It came with a beautifully prepared light rice and a jalapeño, tomato and cilantro finely chopped side dish. It was not only excellent but you get a lot for your money! We had really good experience. “Best breakfast place I've been to since moving to Nashville ! Lots of options on the menu, the lemon ricotta pancakes were good alone, without syrup, that tells you you're eating a good pancake. The hacienda hash was also great, however, I wouldn't recommend eating both in the same meal unless you're really hungry like I was! Definitely going back to try all the hash flavors! Make sure you start with the hacienda, since it's a limited edition item.“

Meats and veg selection.It can get a little slow for pizza creation during lunchtime but that’s to be expected.
