Most good hotels have a restaurant attached. Burchfield's is a restaurant with a hotel attached. Been there several times for Sunday night jazz. This year for St Paddy Day. Special Irish menu and 2 Guinness for $8. Shepard's Pie was outstanding. Luke, our waiter was great as usual. We had him other times. Jazz night is Sunday. Call for a schedule. Can't figure if it is once or twice a month. Near as I can tell the "house band" is a group of local jazz musicians who are happy for visitors to sit in. Talent ranges from "pretty good" to "amazing." Bring your ax if you play. For St Patrick's day the gang was hot. Three sax, a bone, two guitars, trumpet, keyboard, drums, vocals. At least three people sat in on the drums. Great food. Reasonable prices. No cover. Fun to watch jazz talent improvise and play off each other. Don't for get to tip the band too!

The food was good, better than expected from the hotel bar/reasturaunt. Prices were also more reasonable than e pected. Not the most lively place but good place to hang out after a long day and just enjoy a quiet drink.

Christmas Buffet was much better than we expected. Food was very good and atmosphere was festive and pleasant.
They “lost” our Thanksgiving reservation, told us to sit in the “lounge,” whatever that is, shooed us away from what they pointed to, and then we were told to sit around the bar. The hostess and the ghoul who shooed us away were clueless and implied that we hadn’t had reservations. That little bit was enough for us, so we didn’t stick at the bar.So, unlike last year when we ate here and had reserved for this year, we left and ate at Corner 16 this time and it was great. At first we thought it a shame because we had hoped all year for this, but we still had a good time despite their efforts, somewhere else

The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful taking in to account the dietary restrictions of our party and answering our questions which were extensive. We found uoptions that would work with a dairy/pork/beef/etc allergy, which is very difficult especially for breakfast.Dietary restrictions: The staff was wonderful taking in to account the dietary restrictions of our party and answering our questions which were extensive. Was immediately served by a bartender that knew exactly what they had. Both on tap and draft.

Burchfield's was pretty good. We had dinner after spending the day riding at Windrock. They make good drinks at the hotel bar too.
Best hotel breakfast I've had in a while!
