This was my first time visiting ANY Dutch Bros Coffee location...I injured my knee and thought I would be better off going through a "drive - through" for a cup of coffee, versus hobbling around when I got home in an attempt to FIX a cup. First off.. the menu gives minimal information about the different drinks, but what really bothered me was that there were no prices posted. Then I got to the window, and the young man there was nice enough...he was in a mighty hurry, though (I was the only customer at the moment...6:30 on a Saturday morning.) I ordered a medium hot coffee with cream and a "muffin top"...the girl filling the cup informed us both that "the cup may be large, she was only putting a medium drink in it." She put the lid on and walked away. All that as quick as it took to say it. While she was doing this...he shoved a FROZEN " muffin top" out the window at me, while telling me how much it came to...I handed my credit card to him and then abruptly he shoved an electronic device out the window and asked me to choose a tip...I felt like I had five questions that had already been passed by and now I was being put on the spot for a tip!? Before I realized what I had done, I touched the $2 tip box and the whole thing was over and he was gone. So...for $9.00 I got;1. a cup of coffee that looked as though someone else had been drinking it.2. a FROZEN "muffin top" (NO napkins NO bag)3. and this: "?"

The best coffee chain period. It's always consistent since they measure their syrups and flavorings so you always get the same drink. A bit pricey but worth it for a treat.

I just want to say ALL of the employees are amazing here!! They are so kind and wonderful and truly make my day!! I have been going there since they have opened pretty much every day. Yes, there is a bit of a wait, but it's truly worth it!! The coffee is wonderful and I think the Broistas and the fun that they have make it so much better. I don't know if any of them will see this, but thank all of you for being the amazing, wonderful people that you are!

This has to be the slowest coffee place I’ve ever visited. No doubt 10 minutes per customer, it’s insane to me. The coffee is fine, but I can’t do the 45 minute experience anymore. Get it together.
