Worst IHOP ever. Tried to go eat with my wife. All we got was our drinks and an ear full of all the work drama and how happy all the servers are. We ended up leaving $ for our drinks and walked out. The place was almost empty. Don’t waste your time!

I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich & planned on saving half of it for lunch, the chicken was about the size of a Krystal chick sandwich. I cut it in half & tried to stack the 2 halves together….still tasted like a Krystal chick. I also ordered a biscuit & gravy. The biscuits are flatter than their pancakes & tasted like a stick of butter, wasn’t able to eat it. Now, my husband’s omelette was good & was huge!

Just an honest review from a traveler.Server appears to be recently placed on her own. No follow up for desert or more coffee. She returned to remove the plate and "push" the bill infront of customer. No line up, plenty of open spots.Ordered tall stack with Raspberry syrup. Raspberry came when short (4) pancakes where cold with the bill. Coffee pot 2 cups warm coffee top removed to get it all. I would try again only to sit with other experienced servers.

I don't normally leave reviews but this one felt right. We stood up front for roughly 5 minutes before being greeted and seated. The restrooms were covered in feces and someone had shaved on the sink. Our waitress got my food wrong. Not once but twice and kept apologizing saying "dude. I'm so sorry" my wifes food was wrong and cold as well. Upon leaving I had to literally search for someone to take my money because everyone I asked said it wasn't their job. 10 out of 10. Do NOT recommend. Should also mention that they have more staff than customers at the time of all this.
Do not go! As soon as you walk in, the condition of the facility, the demeanor of the staff, horrible! Very filthy! Food is subpar, my waitress at the time, she tried, but lacked sufficient training from her superiors. I used to frequent the IHOP in Suffolk VA, clean and freindly, went there many times. Personally the manager should be fired for allowing his store go to such a delinquent condition, allowing food to be served in those conditions! Corporate needs to take heed of failing stores, step in and take over. IHOP used to be a great place to go,now I prefer Cracker Barrel for my family.

As someone who requires a gluten-free diet, I was so excited to learn that IHOP has GF pancakes. I was even more excited to find them so delicious now if they will add GF buns and bread as an option for burgers and sandwiches. Still, it was a treat to get to enjoy a pancake away from home Dietary restrictions: Has GF pancakes??????????

The food was atrocious. I don't want to go into depth of the gastrointestinal issues after eating here. Food was saturated in grease on all 3 of our plates and there was hardly any veggies/meats in our omelets. Needless to say this is the last time that we will be eating at an IHOP. The only good thing I can say is that our server was very sweet and accommodating.
