Every time I’ve visited this location within the last year there’s always a problem. Yesterday evening I made a mobile order, first they forgot one of our drinks, while they were going back into the kitchen to grab it we noticed they didn’t give us one of our burgers. I told the employee this and she said “oh nobody told you we’re out of that?”1. No, nobody told us.2. They were going to let us leave without even a replacement for a specialty burger I paid extra for?Every chance I’ve given this location I’ve regretted and definitely will not return.

The workers on second shift are complete lazy teenagers who every time I come through the drive-through. They always have an attitude telling me it’s gonna be a 15 minute wait even on a cup of ice then today I go through the drive-through wait 15 minutes on my turn and they tell me that they’re sold out of ice someone please make this make sense but really we all know it’s all because they’re busy and they don’t want to get the bag of ice boo hoo that’s your job

I have been coming here for at least 7 years now and have noticed that they have gotten slower and slower. You buy one milkshake and it takes forever other stores like Kingston and Harriman and even Rockwood don't take this long.
The spaces for parking isn't wide enough for bigger vehicles and it sucks to have to climb into my old man's lap just to see or read the menu...

Horrible would love my money back this was going because I did like sonic but this is the end .I had the chicken dinner and a drink that was not coke and I asked and the employee said oh yes mama it's a coke.The fries had so much salt and everything was cold.I would love my money back. I was in the drive through and the wait was crazy and just one car in front of me .
