“This McDonald's has been remodeled and completely turned around from all the bad it was over the last few years. I have to admit that I was impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant. They installed ordering kiosks which is a lot better in my opinion and it went through smoothly and our order came out hot and delicious. The food was unusually good for this location!“

“We used to go to this location but stopped months ago due to poor service, long waits, skimpy portions for things like cheese curds, and a messy dining area (overflowing trash cans and dirty tables). We just tried it again and were pleasantly surprised by the improvements. The order was correct, the food came out reasonably quickly, and the dining room was much cleaner. We complimented the team and were told they have a new GM and management team that has been working hard. Keep up the good work!“
“Can't go wrong with 5 Guys for an epic burger! When we are craving a good burger, this is our go to in Cleveland. Flavor is consistent and it always fills you up. The bag of fries are delicious and we usually will share a small order between us. We love 5 Guys and are there regularly.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love a cheeseburger? and fries?“
“Great Italian food. Wide variety of choices on menu, all of them very tasty. Staff are usually very friendly, although sometimes you can tell they're probably overworked a bit, too.Overall, it is always a good go-to fast food place for us.“
“The food is pretty good, it was kinda small for the price. I got the honey mustard bacon chicken wrap special and it was on the smaller side of what I was expecting, good flavor. The lady who took the order she was blonde and didn’t really have a care on how customer service works. I’m not sure if she’s family or not to the owners but she was being very unkind to the cook in the back. I left at 5:40 and by the time I was backing out to leave she shut the OPEN sign off at 5:42 which seemed kinda weird on a weekend but I guess as a small buisness you can do that. Overall I’d return to try something else that may be a bigger portion. Fries were great tho!“
“Driving in the mountains, we came upon a Sonic. Naturally we had to stop for a cookie dough Blast. The Blast was delicious and the young lady that brought our treats could not have been more friendly. “This place is great for a grab-and-go meal. Just not so much for a relaxing lunch break from traveling.Overall it is what you would expect to see in a Subway restaurant (assuming you have eaten at one before). What makes this place less than 5 stars is how unnatural it feels to dine inside.To start with, when you walk in there is a security gate that divides the restaurant from the gas station. The pass-through is always locked so that you may not venture from one business to the other. To me, this gives the feeling that something bad has happened to make them always keep this gat shut. And I do not care much for that feeling.Another thing that makes me feel unwelcome to sit and enjoy my meal inside, which should be a simple fix, is that there are no paper napkins anywhere for guests to use. If you need any then you have to go to the counter and ask. This means you have to wait in line to get them or you have to interrupt someone else ordering to ask for napkins. It feels very confrontational interrupting another guest ordering just to ask for napkins and I do not like leaving my food on the table while I wait in line all over again just to get napkins.Post-covid this place has suffered from the employee deficit that has plagued the rest of the nation. But as short-handed as this place has been, the people behind the counter have been very nice and helpful each time I have visited.“

“This place is always crowded on weekend mornings, like just about every other Hardee's, but the staff here are fast and accurate. Although the line may be long, wait times are short whether you use the drive through or go inside. This restaurant is very consistent, which I appreciate. The food is always hot and tastes great.“
“I'm addicted to firehouse subs, especially since they rolled the gluten free bun out!! First of all, this bun doesn't fall apart. That's unheard of with gluten free bread. Well done! “Ocoee Hardee's is always good, it doesn't matter what you order. The service is always good as well. Unless you have the manager wait on you. She has no personality or people skill what so ever, she has the personality of a rock & always comes across like your wasting her time and that she hates her job & everything to do with it.
