“Everything a out of towner was expecting. Very busy when then we went but line moved smoothly, had beers while we waited to order. Asked for a recommendation and was directed towards the half chicken because you could get the light and dark meat seasoned differently. Got the mild and damn hot (it was). But holy moly! Hot, juicy and extremely flavorful but so much that it over powered the flavor of the chicken itself.Next up was the reason I wanted to try it so bad, The chicken sandwich. And to me, it was like a I has died and gone to chicken sandwich heaven. “As one would expect, Martin's feature a number of smoked meats. This being true barbeque, pulled pork is featured, but they also have turkey, chicken, fried catfish, and chopped brisket along with a number of freshly prepared sides. They've likewise appropriately taken a stand an have a single sauce at the tables. It's a vinegar based sauce, as God intended, but heavy on the sugar, which is unique to middle Tennessee as far as I know (vinegar based sans sugar being a low country South and North Carolina thing). It's very good, of a little different. They do have ketchup, but it's clearly for the fries, not the meat. Atmosphere is great, with a lot of areas to explore. We actually were there during the eclipse, which was cool, too.“

But for Prince's, I gotta say it was still damn good but did not live up to the hype of being the original "Nashville" Hot Chicken venue. The other stuff was great too but the meatballs were the star of the show. For me the best part of our experience with Roma Pizza was the customer service. He refused to allow this as he was concerned about the food getting cold. He insisted on waiting and told me it was no problem. I attempted to increase the tip when we arrived to compensate for the inconvenience I caused but he refused that as well stating our original tip was plenty. It was a little noisy on the second floor with the band and crazy bachelorette parties yet manageable to enjoy the balcony view. It was great to eat and get a nice tan at the same time.We ordered the Southern Style BBQ Sandwich and the Turkey Bacon Club sandwich with a couple of Hop Perfect IPAs. The bbq sandwich was super filling and I struggled to finish the sandwich without going into a food coma. The meat was tender and paired amazing with their French fries that had such a great seasoning. This was recommended by our server who checked in on us every 5 minutes. I loved the attention and the constant refill of my water cup.“

“Overll, my visit to this establishment was a normal experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy and the staff showed their politeness. They apeared to be reheated and not just something taht was cooked. The taste wasn`t bad, but the differences in texture and flavor suggested they may have been prepared ahead of time.
