“This is one of the first BBQ joints I visited when I moved to the area and I have been craving it ever since. I live further away now, but was in the area last night and decided to stop in again. Fat Boy's is very unique and is a must try in the greater Chattanooga area (Ooltewah). From the outside and inside of the diner to the awesome food, you don't want to miss this place! The number one item I have been craving since I first ate here was their Mac & Cheese ! It is AMAZING and exactly what you are asking for when you think of ultimate comfort food. YUM!!!! I also want to mention for my Vegan and Vegetarian friends they have an extensive menu. Last night I had a cheeseburger and onion rings - Both were perfect! I loved the bun they used that stayed together even with my extra pickles. And the onion rings were still crispy and delicious despite my 20 min commute home! Now I know why I couldn't stop thinking about this place. Next time I won't wait a year to go there again!“
“They offer their burgers wrapped in lettuce, which is perfect if you can not eat gluten and for those watching carbs. I asked the cashier, Karissa, if that was still an available option and mentioned I can not eat gluten. She went to the kitchen and made it herself! It was delicious and wonderful. The lettuce was so crisp that it had a nice crunch to it. Most restaurants have soggy, limp, lettuce, but that is not the case here. I thanked her and mentioned to other employees how wonderful it was and thanked them. Hardees burgers and service are underrated. Take the time to stop by and treat yourself to a delicious meal. “I’ve had issues with Burger King’s in the past never warming up the burgers to my liking, but this location is an exception to that.The food is always hot and the fries are especially always fresh! This makes my experience pleasant every time regardless of if I get take out or decide to dine in.Their customer service is also consistently good. They seem to have great retention as you grow pretty familiar to the faces there, and there is something to say about that.“
“The food and service here was very good. The prices and specials had options for everyone. The biscuits were fresh hit and buttery they melted in your mouth. The green beans were flavorful with a little kick. The chicken was hot and juicy. The burger was good with fresh toppings and no cheese you have to ask for cheese. The potatoes and gravy were also delicious. The bathroom was clean and so was the dining area. They did have a drive thru but we went inside. They had nice big tables for larger families. The staff were friendly and professional. Ten out of ten totally recommend the food here.“

“My friend and I stopped here for Sunday brunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. It was amazing. When we arrived, there was only one table occupied. We took quite a bit of time to decide (because everything looked so good on their menu); I ended up ordering the House Plate.The food was so delicious. The beans were flavorful and I was so happy at the amount on my plate. The avocado was creamy and the egg was a great addition on top that tied the whole dish together. I don't know what this piece was called, but it looked like I had some rice cracker things that were crunchy and provided a nice texture. Lastly, my favorite part were the grilled sweet plantains. They were caramelised and had the perfect amount of sweetness. Also the side salad tasted very fresh and healthy.The House Plate as a dish was so well balanced, there were healthy fats, protein, carbs, fiber. It had different textures from the various components that made up the dish. Visually it looked very nice too.Service was friendly and nice. I will rave about this place anywhere and to anyone who listens lol. The 5 star ratings are well deserved and I look forward to coming back here in the near future :)“
“My first time here. I was passing thru on my way to Ohio. I loved it! I had the Salmon and it was delicious! My waiter, Jonathan M. was so kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this restaurant and will stop on my way back to Florida next week!“
