Atmosphere was amazing , we had 8:30pm reservation, I recommend you come 30min before because it is very crowded . They’ll have you waiting in lobby until the arena is ready . They have a live banjo player there while you wait and a small gift shop. You will get a ticket with your row number/letter. Follow signs for your seats when you enter arena . We had so much fun here! Arrive early for the saloon show, it is great! The food was so good and steaming hot. Every staff member was smiling and helpful. This is a definite family activity when in Pigeon Forge!
