We ate at this McAlister's on the patio after ordering online on our way there. We had just hiked Mount LeConte and spent the night in the lodge, so we were exhausted! The food and service were very good. My only complaint was they left the mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato off my sandwich, even though the ticket stuck to the wrapper was correct. However, they quickly fixed it for me when I brought it back, and they were apologetic. We'd recommend this McAlister's (along with others we've visited).

I ordered the avocado BLT and some potato salad through Door Dash. Food was fresh and tasted great. I wasn't a fan of the potato salad but that was more a personal preference (it was a little heavy on the mustard for me) than a knock against the quality. I'd definitely order from here again.

I went on my 30min lunch break, the cashier noticed I hadn't gotten my food yet as she was about to step outside, so she stopped turned back around and went and got my food before leaving. Was greatly appreciated. Also the food is always amazing!
