“Went with my daughter and her friend for lunch on Friday and had the best service! Our server had a large table of ladies he was also waiting on and did it all flawlessly. We all had the Stramboli along with the cheese bread. Soooooo delicious!! We will be back!“
“They have something for everyone here. I grew up eating here when my grandmother was the cashier. The sauce and meatballs are unchanged with time and are still just as delicious as I remember. The sampler is a good option for your first time. The portion sizes are generous in the sampler, and they're gigantic if you order them as a single meal. Very laid back and calm atmosphere. I have always loved this place, and I hope that it stays around for decades to come.“

“We recently moved from New Jersey to Eastern Tennessee. And the only thing we really miss is the pizza. We got to TN and had some HORRIBLE pizza that people here thought was good, and all hope was lost. Until... we were in Johnson City for the day today. We were looking up every pizza place in desparation of finding something that looked half decent. So we stumbled upon the Crazy Tomato joint. We were skeptical for obvious reasons. But...WOW. I am not exaggerating at all when I say their pizza was better than some of the places back in NJ. I couldn't even wrap my brain around it, as my wife and I had already accepted that we'll never have really good pizza again. But it was actually REALLY good. The Hawaiian was delicious. The sausage was really good and was also a very generous amount. It was also a plus that the owner greeted us as soon as we walked in, and he was very nice and welcoming. I didn't catch her name, but the waitress was very pleasant as well. The outside doesn't scream EAT HERE, but I promise you that you won't regret trying their pizza. Looks like we found our spot. We are about 45 minutes away from this place, but it is well worth the drive!“

“We have been coming here for almost 16 years and Love it! However, on our visit today, the salad was very cheap and different from how it used to be. We are not ones to complain, but it was wilted and bag salad, not the fresh salad we have been used to. Pizza was awesome as usual, but can’t recommend the salad and won’t be ordering it again unless they go back to the fresh! The ranch was way to thick too. Just helping others out when ordering on your next visit! ❤️“
“Excellent friendly service from the second we walked in.Taylor was personable and made our visit very enjoyable.The spicy chicken pasta was delicious!The lemon chicken was very good also…comes with rice and 2 sides. I got the broccoli and potato wedges.My only recommendations are to put the potato wedges on a separate plate because they got a little soggy and I wish the mushrooms were sautéed a little longer.Minor things that didn’t take away from the 5 star review.We brought our own bottle of wine and really enjoyed our dining experience!!!We will be back and we will spread the word!“

“My family of 6 (myself, husband and 4 kids from 7rs old to 12 yrs old) met our Pastor's wife and other people from our Church for a kids Christmas dinner around 4:00pm. We were seated immediately as there was a reserved table for us. The food was absolutely delicious and the kids ate more than their fill as well. No complaints. Staff was friendly and courteous. Eating in a clean restaurant is a big deal to me and Pizza Inn did not disappoint. I highly recommend eating there. We will definitely be going back!“

“We had lunch at this location today. The food is delicious but I have 2 comments. The penne with white clam sauce is more like Alfredo with clams in it. Delicious but not authentic. White clam sauce should just have olive oil, garlic, clams and clam juice. I cannot recommend the eggplant parmigiana at all. It was paper thin eggplant slices with a thick oily breadcrumb layer smothered in marinara and mozzarella cheese not parmesan. It was not appealing and I couldn’t eat it. But the garlic knots were the best I’ve ever had. Freshly baked and swimming in a very nice garlic butter. The salads were fresh and the calamari was perfect. So I recommend the place just not it’s authenticity and definitely not the eggplant dish!“
“Listen, this is like my favorite place to eat but I was SEVERELY disappointed in my order today. Did the size of the baked spaghetti change permanently or did I just get screwed over today? It's the same price but maybe 1/2 to 3/4 the size it normally is. My dad also drove through today and got the same small size of baked spaghetti. If you're going to shrink the size of the order, please shrink the price too.“

“The staff is always friendly. And I never have an issue adding or subtracting anything from my meal. I love the chicken bowtie pasta (without the chicken), but I always replace the chicken (because it's flat, with no taste, and just overall not my favorite) with shrimp and blue crab/lobster ravioli. I also add garlic to my dish. That is the absolute best combo!! It's by far my favorite dish ever. I will say that I wish the bread that is served with it wasn't Fench bread, but instead garlic bread. It tastes fine as it's buttery, but it would be nice to have something better. Prices are great as well. My husband loves the Greek spaghetti with salmon. It really is so very good. Takeout or dine-in, the food is always piping hot.*Updated review. I knocked off one star because the girl that answered the phone to take my takeout order, was unfriendly, pushy, and didn't even let me finish ordering more food! Also, when I order my pasta and subtract the chicken, I'm always given shrimp in its place, but this time I didn't get anything! Unhappy!“
