“Great place for a pit stop on my drive for something healthier than fast food. A bit expensive for what you get, but I don't regret splurging on the chips - they are very very good. The woman who made my bowl didn't speak very good English, so there was a little communication error there, but overall I got what I wanted.“
“Enjoyed a sub from this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Twice in person, once delivery. In person, the employees seemed more interested in their conversations about new owners and misc than communicating with the customer. They took the order, but no connection. Felt more like I was interrupting them. But other than that, the food was spot on and the prep person was more on point than the cashier.I made mention that I would love to order delivery but they don't have the option to add Capt Sorenson sauce to the order so I didn't do it. They mentioned, just call after the order is placed and we'll put it in the bag. So I did, but alas, no sauce with the delivered order. But because the engineer and spicy Cajun chicken subs are so good, I will return.“
“Everything has changed. The way you order food the way you get served the way you get charged. Doesn’t make sense to get charged extra if you just want one more thing of ketchup, but they did. It’s just another fast food joint to me now.“
“My wife loves this place, I think it's good. For about $10/person, I Believe it's worth it. Several options for the kind of burger you want... Regular, Southwest, etc. And many other options to choose from. Good kid meal options also.“
“Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to get pizza. Especially those stuffed crust. However the last couple times I've been in there to try to order pizza it just seems like it's a hassle. I've worked at a pizza place before I know it doesn't take 30 minutes to bake a pizza. I don't care what kind of pizza it is. Off worked at pizza places before it usually takes between 7:00 and 11 minutes to bake a pizza. And that's even with extra cheese and toppings on it. The customer service is severely lacking at the store and if they don't correct it people will stop coming. It will be a while before I come back if I ever do. I don't appreciate being disrespected and made to feel an important when I'm coming in to be a customer to purchase something that's being sold there and I got treated like I didn't matter. And then the pizza looked like crap when I was giving it. It looked like they took multiple pizzas that have leftover pieces in it and made one pizza none of the pieces matched when you cut it it looked weird the crust was even all the way around the pizza. It like caved in and almost looks like some of it was cut out like a huge bite mark. If the health department comes in here I hope they fail. That story is disgusting from the bathrooms to behind the counter. There's trash everywhere they don't wipe off tables inside they don't ever hardly enter trash cans. They're always overflowing. And it's just hard to get somebody's attention when you need something or when you're trying to place an order and that's poor customer service.“
“We've ate at Five Guys for years because we like their healthy food - but this location's incompetance and customer service is horrible. They only put 1 double patty hamburger in our bag - not 2.When we called to complain the manager stuck up for the employee and barated us for not double checking our receipt / bag before leaving! My husband just suffered a stroke and I have difficulty driving w/my diabetic feet. The idea of driving all the way back there from Knoxville was out of the question. When we explained that to the manager she didn't care. Said we'd have to come all the way back! No apology.UPDATE:We reached out to Five Guys corporate.Hope they can correct the problems at this location. We're glad to say, Five Guys corporate apologised and sent us $20 in gift cards! We will give this location another chance -- hope they can get their act together.“
