“This is one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to! Unique flavors, creamy, and big portions! They also sell delicious in house made pretzels! We thoroughly enjoyed every flavor we had and we WILL return again! Their workers were very friendly and helpful, shop is very inviting, clean, chic, and outside there is a super cute, fun kid play area with picnic tables. “Crazy, busy place. Took my daughter here she had mint ice cream in a qaffle cone and loved it. She was disappointed because she wanted a strawberry shake, which they had pictured, but they were not serving that flavor.Parking: There was free parking a block away.Kid-friendliness: My kid absolutely loved it. “Pelican is one of my absolute favorite places to get snow cones. I could honestly love off snowcones. It had been so long since I had had a snow cone in the picture with 2 snow cones there is some missing because I couldn't wait to take some bites. The only thing I wish that could make them better is for them to be open all year round 24/7 I am addicted to snow cones. Yes you can make them at home when they are close but the at home ones come no where near the amazingness of Pelicans snowcones. My personal favorite is the candy apple with the Carmel drizzle. When I am feeling bad I just get the plane shaved ice and is just like eating snow ❄️ ?“

“We brought our family of eight to Knox Dough for the first time, and had a good experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the ordering process and even offering samples to the kids (always a win!). While the wait time is a bit longer than your average ice cream shop, the employees were efficient and got everyone's orders out quickly. We entertained ourselves while we waited, with the selection of games they had on hand, The atmosphere was nice and we had a great time. Thanks!“
“I love mooyah, I had their new Patty melt burger which had two patties, cheese, mustard and mayo on it, I also ordered a shareable fry (which is a lot). And an Oreo milkshake. I loved everything about the food the burger was seasoned and tasted amazing with the inverse bun for the patty melt. I always love their fries. I dip them in their new in-house made ranch, and it is amazing. Their shakes are amazing too, it had chucks of Oreo in the bottom which was amazing getting frozen bits of the candy at the bottom of the shake to enjoy. They have great hospitality and are a great place for dinner with friends or just wanting a really good burger.“

“I had the Stolen Brownie Sundae. It was SO GOOD! The brownie was warmed and had such a good flavor. The custard was great. The toasted pecans were to die for! The chocolate fudge was good. The only problem I see is that the portion was way too much for me. I didn't want to waste a bite of that goodness, so I finished it. I wish there was a small size offered. I felt worse than a baby in a milk coma! I guess you could say I was in a custard coma! ? LOL“

“As a driver delivering here they unload you from the street. No overnight parking. One way street in and one way street out. Driver should pay close attention on the one way out because it's very narrow and left side is up against a rock cliff. Can easily clip your trailer if not careful. “Recently, I had vacation plans and wanted to take Kilwin's dark chocolate vanilla buttercream chocolates with me. Sadly, I learned that particular delicacy was now only available in-store as part of the assorted chocolates product. However, all was not lost. I talked with Tiffany, the manager, and she offered to special order 2 pounds of them (don't judge me)! She even worked to coordinate our departure time with the chocolate's arrival time. To go a step farther, she called to let me know they had arrived and even worked out a way that I could get them outside of normal business hours. Both the candy and Tiffany were amazing! She is a great ambassador for Kilwin's and a wonderful customer service example. Since they aren't available in-store any longer it looks like special ordering them will be my only option... thanks to Tiffany!“
“If it were possible to give more stars, I would in a heartbeat! When you walk in, there is a calm atmosphere and plenty of space with plenty of tables. The music is at the perfect volume and everyone greets you with a smile! There are a TON of menu options and their popsicle flavors offer tons of choices. I have also been searching for decent street corn in Knoxville and have been unsuccessful until walking in here. This street corn is AMAZING! The flavor is there and the portions are perfect. We also got some ice cream and it was wonderful too! The expectation of everything being pricey was as at the max, but to my surprise, the pricing is 100% fair!! We each out of the 3 of us got 3 very different items and it totaled out to $11! Wow!! This place is perfect all around. Please come check this place out!!“

“Very bright, clean and fresh feeling as I dined in. My food was delivered to me in the dining area. I received fresh and delicious food. I had the $7 special, chicken strips, fries and a sundae. The customer service was great and the place was a breath of fresh air. I even enjoyed the music that was playing. The patio are was super nice too.“
