“Great place for a pit stop on my drive for something healthier than fast food. A bit expensive for what you get, but I don't regret splurging on the chips - they are very very good.The woman who made my bowl didn't speak very good English, so there was a little communication error there, but overall I got what I wanted.“

“Fabulous little southern style restaurant near the UT campus. Fried white fish filets were delivered to the table pronto and everything was piping hot. The Cole slaw was amayonaising! Just like I like it! Our server was the bomb! Perfect personality and charm and our Valentines date was a night to remember because of Matty. When you go to Emma's Southern Kitchen be sure to ask for the server who looks like Buddy Holly!“

“I would highly recommend this restaurant! Our server Matt was in training and did a superb job. He answered all of our questions, was very professional and personable. We enjoyed two of the chef's specialties, the beef tenderloin medallions and the Arroz con camarones. Both were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The Tenderloins were very generous portion. The shrimp were tender and sweet. Next visit we will plan on spending a little more time enjoying the Speakeasy on the lower level.“

“I've been putting off going here because the idea of $4-$6 per taco seems high to me, but this visit made me a believer. The cost of the tacos shows the flavor cost not necessarily the food cost. The 3 tacos we had were some of the most flavorful tacos I've eaten. Additionally their tacos were bigger than I thought they would be. 2 tacos were enough to fill me up. The Southwest Midwest taco was amazing, plus the company gives back through Feeding America. If you are frugal like me don't let the cost keep you from enjoying quality tacos. The only downside to my visit was when we went, there was only server, but with everyplace being understaffed it was a very acceptable wait. The food came out very fast. You should give Condado a try I think you would like it.“

“Lunch party of four on Saturday, greeted at door and seated immediately. Our wait staff was Emily. She met us at the table and immediately brought water and took drink orders. Mixed drinks came quickly and were well done. Food also came soon after ordering. We ate steak tarta, brisket and hamburger burrito’s, and vegetarian quesadilla. All meals were delicious. The burritos were very large. We were only able to eat one half of each. Emily continued to provide friendly and attentive service through the entire meal. We were in the back room and enjoyed the entire experience.“

“This started out to be a place where primarily a group of food trucks offered a variety of eats but is now much more like an outdoor restaurant with permanent counters for ordering both food and drinks. And they still have plenty of menu choices even when food trucks are not there (had the buffalo chicken wrap which was delicious). They also have some covered shelters along with over 25 picnic tables (many with umbrellas) to have your meal or adult beverage outside along the creek. Highway traffic can be noisy after all the tree leaves fall which normally serves as a buffer zone between the highway and the eating area. But also have a fire pit & televisions for watching games and a contained kids area for them to play. In other words, there's something for everybody, including nice restrooms.“

“Pulled pork was excellent. Ribs had some gristle and mostly came "clean". The slaw & baked beans were tasty, but I can't say remarkable. Service was fast and friendly. Utensils were plastic, but were fine. Place was clean.“

“I was pleasantly suprised with my experience at Zalate. I was expecting a repurposed shack like many other eateries along Clinton Highway. Zalate is so much more, a purpose built location with large open inside dining area and a generous patio outback, it is great for a large group gathering or a quick lunch (that's us). A full bar covers an entire wall of the dining area and I am sure is a center of activity during peak times. A comprehensive menu provides upscale Mexican street food. The tacos were delicious. Just pick what you like. Definite fan of the horchata. You can order small amounts for sampling or larger to make a meal. The staff was attentive and not intrusive. Thanks for the enjoyable experience.“

“I enjoy going to Whole Foods. Great selection of healthier food choices. I can pick up a fresh slice of pizza, some sushi, and a sandwich. Good selection on the hot bar and salad bar. I'm not a fan of Jeff Bezos, but it's a good place to shop.“

“Great place! Awesome staff, and the onion rings.... All I can say is wow! Best onion rings around! Try the smash burger, and you won't be disappointed! Came here one other time. There were multiple food trucks and live music. I ate from one of the trucks and was very happy, but I had to come back and try the burger. I'm so glad I did! “I ordered on Grubhub for delivery and had the order cancelled by Grubhub. Fuego still had my food delivered with even an appetizer and extra taco that were not part of the order. It was a small act of kindness that went a very long way on that particular day. Regular customer and will continue to be. Food is excellent.“

“This CJ’s is in the back of the Embassy Suites, on the second level. It looks like the same area used for their morning breakfast. There is plenty of seating, with usb ports and ac plugs next to some seating areas.We ordered from a very friendly gentleman. Missy ordered the Ultimate quesadilla and we ordered small bowls. Husband’s bowl was the potatoes, pork, bacon, corn and mixed shredded cheese. I got lettuce, ground beef, corn, bacon and mixed shredded cheese with the cilantro sauce on the side. When Missy got hers, and she had to wait longer for it, she got salsa and cilantro on the side.Mine was mild, which was good for my temperamental, sensitive stomach. I ate every bite. It was so good for Missy, too. Husband enjoyed his immensely, but had a tough time finishing it. It was spicier than anticipated. It was the pork, more than the potatoes. That was confirmed by the pleasant woman who put our bowls together for us.It was all good - spicy and mild. We’d definitely look for another CJ’s, or come here when we’re in Knoxville. Maybe we should have gotten those CJ’s cards - buy five meals to get one free!!“

She always comes to me immediately and takes care of all of my needs and we share a laugh. It’s an amazing neighborhood place to go. I’m very grateful that we have it.“
