“First time we've ever been to a Fazoli's.The food was good. My husband and I had the chicken parm. It was great. My mom had the loaded fettuccine, and she was not a fan. The Alfredo is definitely not like one any of us had tasted before. So we all like the tomato base sauces, but none of us cared for the Alfredo. “I love Slim Chickens food....but after tonight, I'm a fan of their service as well! We placed a delivery order through the app. Our food showed up but the driver didn't even ring the bell. They dropped our food off on the sidewalk. We figured out it was there because our dog barked when they pulled out of the driveway. Our food was right....hot and fresh but the 3 dessert jars were missing...which shouldn't be an issue except they are fairly pricey (but totally worth it). I called the delivery persons phone and he said "no english" and hung up on me. I sent a text to him hoping that he was using Google translate and he came back to our house. My husband went to meet him in the drive and all he said was "that's all they gave me. call store". We called the store and the manager got on the phone. I explained the situation to him and he remembered putting the 3 jars with our order so he knew the driver had kept the desserts. He gave me a choice of a refund or he would send our desserts to us....no questions asked. Our desserts showed up 15 minutes later by a great driver (Emma) and all ended well. Great service and food by the Thompson Lane location!!!!!“

“Walked in for a snack and I was greeted. Walked out to see if they would di it again and yes. So I did a 3rd time and was greeted. The staff and I was all smiles. I ordered a hook and ladder. It was fresh hot. I had a drink chops brownie and cookie..... don't judge me. The gm wad there and i notified him of the job the staff did. It was clean employees are friendly no one was just standing around no one was on the phones. This is a place I will revisit. I also want to give a shout out to the e.ployees that was there. “What a delicious meal! I used the drive-thru and ordered the double mushroom-Swiss burger. So good! I love the fresh, hand-smashed beef patties -- like homemade. And every worker is courteous and friendly. When you have a time crunch but you want a delicious meal, Culver's is a great choice.“

“The burgers and fries at Five Guys are always good. The quality of the burger and fries is top notch. The cashier was also very friendly and gave us two fountain cups for the kids without charging us more. I had a bacon cheeseburger and my wife had a bacon cheeseburger bowl. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because my wife's burger bowl didn't have bacon in it. However, they did give us a bowl of bacon to add to it. The bacon looked dehydrated and microwaved but still good nonetheless. “The Rutherford County TN Historical Society visited Firehouse Subs today as part of our Firehouse day field trip. We had a wonderful time. Stephanie, the manager, donned us all with our own firemen hats and we had our photo taken in front of the mural. The sandwiches were very good and the community support was even better!“

“I haven't been here in a long time. They always seem to mix up forget stuff from my order. They forgot ice cream on a to go order so I had to go back in to get it. I told 1 person. Then another came and asked what i needed. I explained inwas missing the kids meal ice cream, she asked "was it not with your drinks" it was not which is why I went back in, i told her "it wasnt i did look in the bags also". Then a third person manager i think in blue came and was telling me I had to wait because they had a bunch of orders ahead of me and I would have to wait. I tried to explain I had already waited and received an incomplete order. A 4th person came and said someone was making the ice cream. It was just this whole ordeal over a kids ice cream.“
