“I recently visited La Esquina and was pleasantly surprised by its cozy and clean Mexican atmosphere. The ambiance was inviting, but it was a bit too quiet for my liking; some music would have added to the experience. However, the food more than made up for it. The chicken quesadilla, chicken tacos, queso, and salsa were all delicious and authentic. Our server was incredibly sweet and attentive, which enhanced our dining experience. My only qualm is that the restaurant is located in the middle of nowhere, making it a bit of a trek to get to. Overall, though, it's definitely worth a visit for some tasty Mexican cuisine. Overall I’d give it a 4.5/5!“

“Food was amazing! I had the Chile Colorado with red sauce and it was smokey and spicy! Rice and beans were Delicious! Salsa and cheese dip were fantastic! Even better, the service and servers are very nice and accommodating! My 5 yo daughter said "This place is the bomb!" My wife had the mixed chicken and steak fajitas and she really enjoyed it.They also have specials! See attached photo.Parking: Lots of free parking. Used to be an O' Charley's.Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is free on certain days. We went on a Monday. Also the main menu was buy one entree get one half off. Can't combine that and the kids meal though. It's one or the other. I'm sure there were drink specials but we don't drink so I didn't ask.“

“been here twice now, and I’ve eaten at approximately a dozen places with similar offerings to their menu in Middle Tennessee and I can say without any hesitation, that this is the best. Plus, there’s a drive-through that you can just drop under 20 dollars for two people. Perfect.Chicken is grilled perfectly, sauce is excellent, vegetables salivatory, and value peak. “This is by far the best Mexican in all of Murfreesboro. Everything is so fresh and the establishment is kept very clean. All the servers are very friendly and helpful. My two favorite dishes are the chicken cheese and rice and then the enchiladas! The ceviche is also very very good! Give this place a try for sure!“

“I don't eat out very often but when I want to Oscar's is on my top favorites. I absolutely love it there. We go to the S church st location in murfreesboro. Let me tell you the food is always so fresh and good. The pricing is not bad at all. The service is fast. The people are most of the time friendly. One time I did have a cashier that I was digging for a solid minute for my cash and the cashier was talking over to her coworker saying "Nina......(Girl in English)" which I'm not sure if she was talking about me or not but it made me feel bad. The place is always very clean.“

“This is your typical Mexican restaurant. The food is pretty good but nothing to really brag about. My wife loves this place. I am not that big on Mexican food. I stick to mostly fajita Jalisco or burritos with queso on top. It's pretty cheap place to eat. The fajitas is enough food my wife and I usually share.“

“I've eaten at this location several times over the last 10 years. We've had several get togethers here, and this one was a party of 20. We did call ahead, but when we showed up, the person we spoke to must not have told them we were on the way. We had to wait about 20 minutes for them to clear a table, but once they got us seated, they took great care of us. Food is always solid. I've tried several items on the menu. I had beef nachos during this visit and it was delicious. My best friend loves eating here so I'll be back!“

The spicy chimichanga special is my absolute favorite dish and I’ve never found a Chimi this delicious at any other Mexican restaurant that I’ve been to. Tonight I ordered for delivery through Grubhub for the first time, and I was nervous that it wouldn’t be as good. I normally prefer my food hot and fresh out of the oven. I was NOT disappointed! It may not have been right out of the oven, but it was hot and it was fresh!!! I highly recommend Mi Patria and this spicy and flavorful dish. They also have the best tortilla chips - light, crisp, and not too salty. Whether eating in restaurant or ordering for delivery, I promise your tastebuds will thank you. A+“

“I had the empanadas. They were good and decent portion sizes, but the shredded chicken def needed more seasoning and flavor. Service was slow. They definitely appeared to be understaffed. They were very professional though. I would definitely go back.“

“The parking lot and restaurant building need a facelift, but the hospitality and good food make up for its initial appearance.Our young lady server was really pleasant, even bringing us an "extra request", promptly and with a smile.The carnitas were plentiful, flavorful and tender.
