It's been several years since I've been to chili's, and it hasn't changed much. Service is good, but the food is very mediocre for the price here.Oh and FYI don't get the shrimp, I don't know what deep freezer they dig their shrimp out of but it always taste of and freezer burnt.
Sad part is we figured out what we wanted to eat then six to eight mins the waitress comes back an they was out of the ribs and two other items so there of us had to go back an reorder something different They had nothing In stock never seen the waiter but twice to take our order an had us the bill and then you'd think they would have gave some kinda discount for not having what we ordered the first go around the bill was around $170.00 for six people

The restaurant was struggling for staff. They had 3 people on the floor and the bar tender was tending the tables on our side. She was friendly and as attentive as she could be but was grossly overwhelmed. The food was fine but slow to come to the table. It will be a while before we try them again.
