Staff was friendly I Iredell a salad and it was drenched in salad dressing. I asked the waitress for another meal. She was very sweet and agreed. The manager brought the new order and offered her apologies. My husband and friends had the burgers with fries. They all enjoyed their dishes. The tortilla chips were oily. I'm not a fan if Chili's. I don't recommend it. Also some staff were wearing dirty clothes and no masks.
These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.

Waitress was very friendly, BUT didn't write down order, almost everything was wrong. French fries that I didn't order were old and cold. I got a steak, didn't order one. Two huge baskets of tortilla chips for 2 people when we wanted a side salad. To top it off, it took forever and there were only 3 other tables of guests. This was a $50 dinner.
