“It is a nice, clean, franchise location, with a very nice owner. I happened to have met the owner on multiple occasions, who had to make subs because this location is infested with unprofessional and rude staff which they had to fire. So for a brief period of time, they had one worker for day shifts with the owner of this location pitching in. Since then they have hired new staff, but you might want to watch them because they have messed up a sandwich or two before on accident. Yummy sandwiches.“

Prices: 2 full subs, fries and 2 drinks $23! That bears fast food all day

Staff: the counter girl was awesome, all smiles and on the ball. I met some of the staff also (family owned) and they ARE terrific ppl!

Food: I am from Western New York and can say this was the best sub I have ever had south of the mansion dixson line. I had a ham and cheese with 🥬 🍅 and 🧅 mayo and oil.
Tons on veggies ham and cheese were fresh as one could ask for and size was HUGE a real sub sandwich. Got fries and we're crinkle cut and thick and fresh.

Clean Building, Pet Friendly Galvatron was in hog heaven on the patio which was clean and nice.

OVERALL if you are in Hixson and want something different they are a must try.

“This was my first time eating at Chicken Salad Chick on 7/15/24 Hamilton Place Mall area. The employees were patient and nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere inside of the restaurant. The newspaper article of the company was very informative. I enjoyed the seasonal salad, s'more rice crispy treat, watermelon tea, and strawberry lemonade. They had quality service and cleaned the areas when the customers left.“

“10 out of 10! If Tasha there hasn't had a raise in the past 30 days, she needs one asap! I go completely out of town just to enjoy a good, clean subway and this location is it! Thankfully I also work in the area and able to come more often. I have worked for subway in the past myself and I have to say she does an amazing job! The place is clean, smells fresh, all the food in the bar was fully stocked and fresh, lobby full of people and I barely had to wait at all. “Staff has to be rated #1 at any Subway, Period. They are on top of their game and take the time to make the perfect sub. I got the Meatball with Pepper jack. Perfect with Superb Service. Very Clean Environment. Mask are still highly recommended at this location for the time being.“

“Kingal carefully constructed the most perfect sandwich. Very attentive and there was a vegetarian patty option! Exceptionally clean dining space as well. Best Subway experience I’ve ever had.

“The person who posted the mint double chocolate cookie, we haven’t had those cookies since the promotion ended. I threw them all away when it ended. Also, my store doesn’t carry those sleeves that it is in. Our footlong sleeves are different. The lady who said the store closed early, the lobby closes at 9pm & it’s drive through only til 10pm. There are signs on both door that say this. Those signs have been there for a couple years. The customer who posted the meat & cheese sandwich picture, your build ticket next to the sandwich says meat and cheese on it.“

“Every single employee there is so awesome and always the best service but the guy who wears the gold necklace I forgot his name but dude is the best thing that has probably happened to this location in a long time I go there a few times a week and he always is on top of things and corporate should give this guy a raise“

“There are already two occasions that I go to this subway, the reason why I don't go so often is because I live 1 hour and 20 minutes away from the restaurant but when my little boy has to go play soccer tournaments I like it Getting to eat there, the service is very good, the employees are very friendly, the lunches are well made, apart from the fact that the place is very clean and it's no big deal, I think they gave them a 100 rating when the inspector came, so with that rating says it all.“
