Happened back in the summer of 2023. I scanned at self checkout and some white woman came out of nowhere and said I didn't scan an item. She did something and the item screen is now a tv screen monitor and replaying me on stores surveillance camera! Yes, bet you did not know that, did you...me neither! I always order Grocery pick up and have switched to using WalMart 100% of the time because they are extremely reliable and pick quality items. They are also fast when it comes to bringing our order to the car and always load the items with care.

Online grocery shopping service is so disorganized. Waited over an hour in my car after they said my order was ready. Then they had to repick some items and needed more time. I wouldn't recommend this service from this Walmart. What a waste of time.
