“Family of 9 dined for lunch. 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 5 grandchildren.Katia provided excellent service.Ichiban is the favorite restaurant for the grandchildren, ages 2 to 11.Adults are happy with every visit.Vegetarian options: 3 options for sushi rolls: cucumber, avocado, sweet potato.All worth trying.Sweet potato is my favorite.Also available: vegetable hibachi, but we didn't order it. Maybe next time.“

“I got the loaded nachos with chicken it was fabulous. You received a lot of food so be ready to Chow! I also ordered a family pack for everybody else of the pulled pork with baked beans and potato salad everything good and fresh. We also had cornbread and it was great I'll definitely order again! “On a side street in Historic downtown Springfield, is this quiet unassuming restaurant that we found quite by accident.Upon entry, it reminded me of an old Irish or English pub. The music was top 40 from the 70's-90's and the food was great! It had tables in addition to a bar along the back right side.We had a very enjoyable meal...far more to eat than we could finish! My baked spaghetti was cheesy, perfect texture and flavorful! My husband thoroughly enjoyed their Shepherd's Pie, one of his favorites!We hung around long enough to chat, enjoy dessert with coffee; carrot cake and rasberry cheese cake...definitely tops in my book!We will be going back again soon! “Amazing food, good atmosphere, great service (servers are friendly and the food and drinks come out fast) but if I could I'd give this restaurant 10 stars I would because of the owner/manager Antonio. He's the best! He's super friendly and greets every table and makes them feel like family. He also goes above and beyond to make sure the food and drinks are top notch. For this reason I go once a week and I look forward to it.“

“Look, I went higher on the atmosphere then I should've but the unassuming dining room was kinda cool. I had 0 expectations walking in. I was hungry for food and my wife wanted Italian. We rolled the dice and came out way ahead! Great food, great portion sizes and actually really clean in the bathroom and dining area. So yeah it's missing some flair and charm but totally makes up for it with quality.“

“Always fresh! People are complaining because veggies were undercooked and still crispy. Well that's because its cooked fresh and hasn't been under a heat lamp all day. Go to a hibachi grill. The veggies are still crunchy as they should be. Someone from CA complained about their "Rice pilaf" that their wife got them from China One. Well that item is not on the menu. So? Duh! Rice Pilaf is a typical mideastern dish. Someone complained about the place being a place for their family to live. I know these people. They don't live there. But it is a family run restaurant. Meaning all hands on deck! The children I've seen there are too young for school or are there minding their own business while the rest of the family works. Bottom line. We've been going there since they opened. We have never had an issue with undercooked or overcooked food. It is always prepared fresh. You order it and the lady calls out the order. Then you start hearing knives chopping veggies and meat up. Then you hear it being cooked. Always fresh! Always good! I always highly recommend this place to people I know.“
