He was very upbeat and intuitive and informative and made us feel like he really knew what he was talking about! “Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. “I have never had a reason to review a subway until now. The food is Subway. No frills. But the service was unexpectedly good. We were in town for a Lacrosse tournament and the line was a bit long, and I was expecting the typical slow service I expect at Subway. But the staff was sharp and never missed a beat. 5 stars for exceptional service on a very busy Sunday lunch crowd.“
“This restaurant is always very clean and tidy. This one time sandwiches (for takeout) were made with minimal meat. Notified manager and it was quickly resolved. “4 stars...... most of the time the subs are very good, however, lately I've been going by after 7pm & the Italian bread has been very stale! Most of the employees are friendly & fast. I was there 1/9/19, before 7pm, and the subs were on point, bread was fresh, ingredients looked & tasted fresh. There were 2 employees making my 3 subs, the girl was very friendly , polite and fast, the guy.....not so much (he could've been new, which would explain it.), but no complaints about him.“
