“The couple that manages the business are really nice and friendly. It's always pleasure ordering from there, whether in person or on the app. Ive never had a bad experience with them and i eat there no less than once a week and have for about the past two years. And who doesn't love Subway's cookies, hands down the best.“

“Bill, I have to admit I have a man crush on you. It started with your back hair, but then you served me a sandwich in your backyard over the summer and it was love at first sight. Your meat balls are so round and spicy and covered in pesto and parm (pepperoni too), so dreamy. You dazzled my taste buds with the Korean Chicken sando, which might be my fav. In all seriousness, Bill is gonna make you a sandwich you cannot deny and will love, so take a leap and pick anything from the menu. PS don't sleep on the Broccoli Cardini and the Potato Salad both are a perfect fit. “I bought the bar b que chicken salad and the buffalo chicken salad. Both of which I have bought numerous times before. The bar b que chicken salad was great but the buffalo chicken salad was so hot I could not eat it. I expect it to be spicy but this was way over board. Hated to loose my $7 but it had to be dumped ?.“
“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal! Thank you!“

“I love having lunch at Subway, the sandwiches are filling and delicious. It's a great place to eat especially if your tired of the same places and want to grab a good lunch or dinner on the go. I also, enjoy grabbing my favorite footlong an some chips then carrying it home an putting a movie on and enjoying my meal while watching a good movie with my family. It's just convenient, quick, and don't cost an arm and a leg. If you want you can purchase a footlong an get half one way and the other half another way that you enjoy. This way you get two different types of sandwiches incase you want to eat the other half later it will be another kind that you may enjoy.Parking: Most Subways have a parking lot with free parking for its customers aswell as handicap parking spaces available for those who require one.Kid-friendliness: Has tables inside so that you may dine-in and also has booster seats for children.Wheelchair accessibility: This business is wheel chair accessible for handicap customers to easily enter the business. They also have tables so that persons in wheel chairs are able to pull up to a table to enjoy they're meal. Most employees are wonderful and will assist with your ordering and if needed bringing your meal to your table.“
“This was suggested by a professor nearby because it was on a list of local restaurants so I figured to check it out.I got their tower burger with cheese but in a spinach tortilla. It was different but it was definitely delicious. The sweet potato tots were also very delicious and I highly recommend, they didn’t even need any sauce. The customer service was excellent and very friendly also. Like a neighborhood market store where the staff knows their people.I’d definitely come back here again, solid selection of items for a mini convenience store and for the deli side there was a lot to choose for food and coffee. Parking is limited because of peak times.“

They do have soups, salad, and I think 5 fresh side items to go with your chicken salad sandwich. I love chicken salad and so does my husband. We've been here several times & love it. “Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “While this Subway can be hit or miss as far as customer service, they do make great subs. Unfortunately, when I went there yesterday, I noticed that they had raised the prices on everything and they are evidently having issues with receiving certain ingredients. I have a feeling they are dealing with some of the financial ramifications of certain things going on in the world right now. Other than that, I would recommend this Subway for good food. The only reason they lost one star was because of the customer service at the time.“
“I have never had a reason to review a subway until now. The food is Subway. No frills. But the service was unexpectedly good. We were in town for a Lacrosse tournament and the line was a bit long, and I was expecting the typical slow service I expect at Subway. But the staff was sharp and never missed a beat. 5 stars for exceptional service on a very busy Sunday lunch crowd.“
“It looks like an average SubWay, the location is hard to spot if you're driving, and the interior is once again average SubWay. I've been to this one I guess three times at this point, and one of the popouts to me is that the bread tastes pretty good in comparison. They also, at least for me have always made neat sandwiches. You may or may not like this as it takes a little more time and you get slightly less but you also aren't attempting to hold together a shredded head of lettuce with mustard all over it aiming right for your pants. I don't really consider any SubWay sandwich great any more. But of the ones you've got these have been the neatest, slightly better than average, if there's not too much about the place that actually screams for you to reach out and proclaim that it's exceptional.“
“Cleanest and spacious Subway. I always stop by here on my visits. I got the Chicken Teriyaki Salad bowl and it was very fresh with generous quantity. Staff is friendly and efficient. Store was well stocked and well maintained. Order is always made right. This location has brought me back to Subway once again after a long time. Highly recommended.“
“Fresh and yummy subs were a hit tonight. We were craving a good fresh sandwich, and JM's delivered. We opted for the giant because we were hongry, and we made the right choice. Feeds 2 hungry people or 3-4 if not so hungry. Our order was delivered, and it was correct. We will be ordering again in the future.“

“EDIT- they made my situation right by refunding my order. Due to the good customer service response, they deserve another chance for sure…Order ahead in app 20 minutes ahead of time with supposed 15 minute wait…. Show up and they had no idea where my ticket was. While I waited for my order an additional 20 minutes I watch as they give out several orders to the wrong people. They then tried to give me a totally different sub order, tell them it’s not mine. He turns and sees my sub has been there the whole time, and now my hot sub is ice cold as they literally lost my sub in their store. There was only 2 other people there. I absolutely LOVE Jersey mikes but im literally scared to waste another $20 on a sub from the only location close by my house with this experience.“
