“Came on a Friday night. It was busy, but was seated immediately. We ordered Chicken Fried Steak, basic burger, and the spicy shrimp salad. Everything was hot and the waitress was accommodating.Parking: There are several big restaurants in this location, you may have to park further than you’d like.“
“Fully stocked bar with 24 (what I counted) did drafts on tap. Staff is very friendly. Bartender has a "you name it, IF we got it, I will make it" attitude which I loved. I asked for a transfusion drink... they had the ingredients and made it for me without hesitation.Ambiance is chill during the day, and nicely packed with mainly a professional crowd looking to unwind towards the end of the evening. They have quite a bit of sitting away from the bar as well. Booths and open sitting with the 1/2 & 1/2 option too and is very wheelchair friendly since the tables are not on top of each other close like other spots. They have a great Peach Newfashion drink that made the favorite list on my charts!“
“Laura Lee is honestly the most amazing bartender ever. She is so kind and has ALWAYS so attentive to the bar's needs. No drink goes un-filled. Not only was this since day one, but every time I've been here. I really enjoy the French onion soup every single time as a side and they make sure to compliment not only my beverage with the entree they recommend, but a main to go with it. Either street tacos or bratwurst... it's always good and she never lets me down. Plus, when she's working the place always looks and smells clean... that means a lot!!“
“Cannot comment on the food since I have never ordered, but the bar is very efficiently run from a time to order perspective (especially given how busy they can get). The 4 core bartenders at night are attentive, respectful, and fast given the volume of customers.Those complaining about smoking... Do your research on a bar before going... Downrating because you didn't isn't really fair.The locals that go are respectful and it isn't hard to meet new people and have a conversation. Overall, a well-run dive bar that I enjoy going to when I visit the Allen area.“
“If you go around 7 pm on a Saturday to this location, I recommend asking for THOMAS!!. Out of every dining experience, this experience was hands down the best one. Everything from the food quality to him checking on us without being pushy or asking us every 5 minutes. Every time our drinks were almost empty, he came by and said, "I'LL BE RIGHT BACK WITH YOUR REFILL." He needs to be a trainer of customer service or something. Will be back to ask for him specifically to ask for him!.Parking: There were plenty of spots open through the night!Kid-friendliness: Immediately provided us with a high chair and coloring book!.“
“We used to go to Bar Louie twice per month before pandemic. (That's why some items in my pictures might not look the same or even available)Tonight was our first time back. We agreed with other reviews about service being not satisfactory. “The best there is- their lobster ravioli is the best I’ve had. Nothing else hits the spot like theirs. We’ve eaten here many times and never been disappointed. You can tell they take pride in their food and use quality ingredients. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone.“
