Just not a fan of the self service. If it made them more efficient I get it. I think you’re actually making them work harder. Not enough ppl in that Wendy’s for lunch rush either. Wendy’s has always been one of my go to for fast food to. Also it charged me twice! This is complete garbage. Then I’m told only way to get a refund is to come back like really? So give me my money back, and maybe I’ll take this down!
Food is good, when they get it right. I've ordered twice this week from the drive through and both times they forgot to put a sandwich i ordered in the bag... terrible customer service. Might as well go somewhere else since there are so many options nearby.

I am in the area for a conference and needed to grab a bite for dinner and this location was within walking distance of my hotel. When I entered the facility I noticed it was extremely clean. They had kiosks close to the door and I reviewed the food choices and made my selection.
