“Disappointed in my favorite go to place when I am in Amarillo I did the drive through for the first time. Called in the order. Not good. Threw my burrito away. Thought my fault for not just going in. Yesterday in Amarillo Got the edible salad Lettuce was not even chilled. It was room temp. Ruined the whole salad. Bought a large container of the spicy ranch and a big bad of chips. When I got home and sat down to enjoy the spicy ranch and chips the Spicy Ranch was like water! So disappointed, please don’t start going downhill. I love y’all’s food. Keep your quality. It’s definitely having a few issues“

Concerned for the way they manage the store he sent them to me. with a guarantee they were sent to the health dept as well. Apparently, the images you will be seeing are from their ice chest and the mold that has gathered over time in their piping and that of meat that is browning. Please be cautious if eating here!“

“Been here twice recently. Went back the second time hoping there'd be an improvement. The fish was tasty but a little overcooked making it somewhat rubbery, but edible. The hush puppies were overcooked, hard, and greasy. The waffle fries were also overcooked and so hard I gave up eating them. Still hoping for improvement.“

I had a coupon and he didn't understand what it was for thru the Speaker so he kindly went out to my car and looked at the coupon and actually acted like he loved his job! “First time going to 5 brothers on Georgia and my first impression was the burgers are sooo good. You can build your own burger and the fries a huge. So when you buy fries make sure to only buy 1 for 2. Great place and yummy burgers. A+

“In the past week I visited a Chick-fil-A in the DFW area and this location in Plainview. In the morning my go to meal are two breakfast fillets only the chicken if my husband's with me. He also gets the same thing. It generally cost around $9 and we get all the hits of protein that we need. The difference between the DFW area, breakfast filet and the Plainview breakfast fillet was remarkable. Dfw was full juicy and had a lot of crunch. The Plainview breakfast fillet was small dry flat while I'm going for the protein. It is amazing. The difference that biting into a moist juicy mouthful of Joy covered with good crunch makes between that and the flat dry little fillet of the Plainview location. In addition, a senior drink was provided free of charge in the DFW area whilst Plainview no longer provides that senior drink.“

“I come here often and have rarely been disappointed. I usually get ice cream but I've tried the jalitos burger and it was pretty good. My only complaint is sometimes the drive thru takes a long time to get moving and once I ordered onion rings that were to hard to eat. Over all, I like this location.“

“Online, I ordered a southwestern salad with gluten free chicken. When I went to pick it up I asked the cashier if she could confirm it was GF and she had no idea even after reading my order. She had to get a manager to confirm my order was correct. The manager said all their chicken tenders are always gluten free so that’s a big plus for future orders! The salad was delicious!“
