Perfect little local gem for lunch!
I was standing in the lunch line waiting to order when the lady running out the pies to patrons sitting outside was unnecessarily rude to a young lady that was also standing in line. She told her, “move over, move over. No, MOVE!” She was out of the way of the door the first time she said to move over. I tried to call to let the owner/manager know and it went straight to voicemail. I will not support an establishment that treats their patrons like that!

Roosters Cafe is a genuine diamond in the rough and a true gem. The cozy interior has nice outdoor alleyway seating. Everything is made from the best quality ingredients, with excellent homemade items like the tortilla and refried beans. The food is fresh, delicious, and offers great portion sizes for good prices with a wonderful variety. Menu highlights include excellent chips and salsa, a fantastic burger, bean and cheese burrito, yummy tomato soup, delightful pie, delicious chicken salad, and a turkey bomb sandwich. The service is incredible. This locally owned cafe is usually busy and packed, rightly so, and is definitely worth a visit.
