“Food was okay, arrived hot and well cooked. Little to no attention to plating for visual appeal. Low service people. Poor waitress was having to cover full back room and half fro t. Need more employee help. We saw 7 ladies there but only 2 were attending customers. Meals were delivered scattered. Our orders were si.ple and not specialty requests but the food arrived in no order and it took quite a while for the service. We felt bad for the waitress, she appeared very embarrassed and at one point close to frustrated tears. Luckily this restruNt is much beloved and is a very popular lo g term eatery owned by a great family. Seems after adding a second eatery in Rockport the aransas pass pla e seems a bit neglected. Menu is predictable and follows weekly meal traditions that are well known and enjoyed.“
“A charming local coffee shop with infinite amount of drink possibilities. The owner is very sweet and she can make any drink customized to how we want. She bakes all the pastries herself. She sells cupcakes, turn overs, etc… Excellent customer service and such a cute shop. You can do puzzles while you’re there too. Will definitely return next time I am in Rockport. (I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup Frappuccino and it was so good)“
“Harlee was my server, and did a fantastic job. Very attentive and the place was standing room only. Tables were bussed quickly, and people were seated quickly. The food was absolutely perfect. I built my own omelet, pepper jack cheese, chorizo, green pepper, onion, and a hand full of Jalapeño. The hash browns were burned up crispy as requested with a side of buttered toast. My compliments to the cook, couldn't have done it better myself. Very reasonable, excellent variety on the menu. Keep up the great work, and loved the homey "Mom and Pop" atmosphere.“
