Staff is not very engaging and don’t give an experience but are very nice when you do engage them. It’s more of if you need them you can find them.

“Me and my cousin Mike recently visited Dynamite Grill in Mansfield, Texas, and was blown away by the experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The decor is charming and creates a perfect casual dining vibe.
The menu is extensive, offering a delicious variety of grilled options. I tried their catfish basket and it was absolutely outstanding! Cooked to perfection, it was juicy and flavorful, topped with fresh ingredients that enhanced every bite. My cousin ordered the wings and he couldn't stop raving about how tender and well-seasoned the wings were.
One of the highlights of my visit was Deanna she was very friendly and polite. She was our server as well she was attentive and knowledgeable. Deanna passion for providing excellent service truly stood out.
I also appreciated the reasonable prices, especially considering the quality of the food. For dessert, we indulged in the strawberry cake which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Dynamite Grill to anyone in the Mansfield area looking for delicious grilled food in a welcoming environment. I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu!

We tried the Shawarma and Fawaregh, and both were bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.
What really stood out, though, was how affordable the prices were considering the quality of the food. It’s rare to find such delicious, authentic Mediterranean cuisine at such reasonable prices, especially in today’s dining scene. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. There used to be a Pollo Regio on Bowen near Division that closed a while back. It had really gone downhill and we had stopped going there before it closed. The food was never as good as this food. Sandwich was amazing, slightly cold but great flavor and super tender. The onion rings were a lil colder but still tasting great, nice smooth batter, even thickness onion. However I did order the cheesecake sandwich and was completely disappointed. With the description and pic it looked great. I got a slice of cheesecake smashed crappily between 2 pound cake slices and a few random chopped and quartered strawberries. It was good separately but nothing special together. Parking: You can park on the side to your right when you first pull in or you can pull around past the drive-thru and there's a larger parking lot on the other side!
Kid-friendliness: They have a lot of gray options as far as finger foods and things like that for children and just overall foods that kids enjoy.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair accessibility at both entrances where one entrance faces the street and the other faces the carwash to the left.”

“When I moved to Arlington I created a post on the Community Facebook page requesting recommendations for pizza in Arlington. I got a lot of feedback, but nobody mentioned Zio Al’s. My girlfriend told me it was by far the best pizza restaurant in town, and tonight she drug me in to try it. I was very skeptical because of the FB post, but I’m never eating at another Pizza restaurant in town again. I absolutely loved their supreme cheese stuffed crust pizza. However, I really wanted to do this review because of the service here. I have never in all of my life seen a more polite respectful and caring server. Diego was answering the phones and greeting customers by name and had an incredible personality. We were originally going to get our food to go, but the atmosphere was just the right tune for my girlfriend and I on our night out.”

The order was supposed to be ready at 7:15 and they hadn’t started when I showed up. The girl was busy on her phone..Then once at my hotel I realized that my order was missing 1 of my sauces so I had to go back and they told me the reason is that they are out. They could have said something when I picked up the order (which was already all bagged up) and I would have picked a different one. Then once I took off the lid on my salad I realized that they also didn’t give me my second dip. They also gave me the wrong drink. I don’t think they can read.. Similar experience the first time too.”

When I got home with my pizza and realized that it wasn't what I ordered, I contacted them and they we so nice about it and did everything to correct the problem. “My family and I were in town for Thanksgiving and wanted to enjoy a night on the town with Live Music. Memphis Live was suggested by a friend who resides in Dallas. I attempted to make reservations via the website, social media and text. Upon arriving to the establishment, NO ONE was aware of the reservations. We were finally accommodated to a front booth. A young waitress came to take our order, in which we got the menu from the scan code displayed on the table. The waitress wasnt familiar with the menu and insisted the menu we scanned was incorrect. We had a party of 6. We placed drink orders, hooka, and food orders. The flavor tobacco in the Hooka was incorrect- we overlooked that. 30 mins after placing our food and drink orders, we had neither. My husband went to the bar to inquire about our drinks, to our surprise our order had not been entered. My husband re-ordered the drinks and had to bring them to the table. We are now an hour into our visit, still no food. The waitress at this point has NEVER returned to our table to see if we needed anything. We attempted to stop her multiple times to inquire about our food, only to be ignored. FINALLY 1hr 15mins later, the waitress returns to our table to ask what did we order....the look of confusion upon my face was very visible. I immediately asked for a manager. A young man came to the table to assist, we reiterated how displeasing the service had been since we entered the venue. He was very apologic when the waitress yells, I don't think we need to serve them anything. We have the right to refuse them service....At this point I lost it and so did my entire party. LITTLE GIRL, you never serviced us at all. You took 4pgs of notes which was supposedly our food order, only to come back 1hr 15 mins later and ask what did we order. We had to get our own drinks and you brought straws for the water with your bare hands - not even wrapped in a napkin. The venue is nice and the band was decent but the service was HORRIBLE.”
