Haven't been to a McDonald's on quite a while so I don't know if their new "must order at kiosk" requirement is corporate or their own idea but it is terribly inefficient and actually cumbersome.I guess they are trying to pair mediocre service with their already mediocre food.You can eat at any number of local full service eateries for virtually the same price but get a superior meal.Just sayin'.
I stopped by for lunch on a weekday, in between home visits I was making for work. I opted to go inside to stretch my legs a bit. I placed my order online. Order was accurate, good quality, speedy service. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because the customer before me was hearing impaired. There was a lack of communication between employees, because when the previous order was ready, a young lady was at the counter repeatedly calling out the order #. The free wifi hotspot internet is slooowwww (not worth the drive). Sausage biscuit was good as most times. The drive-thru morning crew could smile more and be a little more friendly.
